Who puts the cascabel to the cat?

 

The land of the free mice, mouse, and cats.

we are here together, there is a bad cat around US, let us see who puts the cascabel on its neck.

This is the story:

Once upon a time there were a powerful region in some unknown geopolitical land of mouse, mice, and cats; that region is inhabited by mouse, mice, and cats as there are other regions inhabited by cats mouse and mice.  Those regions where cats lead, all mouse and mice are treated like prisoners of war.  Cats kill them at will, incarcerating them at will and only cats make the laws on it.  That almost eternal way of commanding that region had given root to those cats to be seen superior to mouse and mice politically and the cat self-made leader as a God or the only one capable of protecting them all.  In other regions of cats, mouse and mice, cats have the upper hand, mouse and mice work, work and work and never are reworded for that, treated as been no citizens of their original land.  Cats are like kings.

…but in the region concerning this story, it is a region governed by cats, mouse, and mice.

….one day, a cat went into it, into its geopolitical ambient, right within the heart of the population and started chasing mice, eating them as it pleased, turning the land into a lawless land.  Cats, mouse, and mice were scared of that big powerful fact cat.

So, then, almost four years after, most cats, mouse and mice leaders of the land got together and elaborated a strategy how to get rid of that terror-making-eater of them all.  Their strategy was very dangerous cuz someone had to squeeze out from the population and surprise the cat as it was sleeping, relaxing out of the last dinner-plate food he had by eating them; getting fat and fatter as days passed.  Cuz too many cats, mouse and mice were very busy thinking how on earth they were going to put a cascabel on the cat’s neck and not get eaten by the cat, after they existed all legal way to expose the abuses of the cat’s appetite, by killing, eaten and menacing other geopolitical lands of mice as well demanding a due out of most of them if they did not agreed with him the cat, one of them offered itself to do the endeavor: “I will put the cascabel onto the neck of the cat” and took the cascabel on its hands, waited and waited.  It is working hard by telling all other cats, mouse and mice to be with him the day he put that cascabel on its (the cat eater of cats, mouse and mice) neck so tha the cat could no longer approach any one of them and kill them for him to eat them and use them for his endless appetite.  Other cats, mouse and  mice are waiting for the day to arrest it and send him to court for the killings, eating and abuses and exploitation he did on the land of the free, exposing the existence of all mice, mouse and cats by destroying their land.  Every time the abusive cat moved around to chase others, the cascabell rung and all others got ready to protect themselves from the terror the cat leader-abusive animal was doing in the geopolitical land until the cat was disposed of its position and possible locked away for long time.
