It is not that the police force are a bunch of criminal people, it is that the police force must and shall receive better instruction and training, it is that accidents happen, the police force shall be accountable for it.  Let not judge whole institutions for accidents and criminal acts of one or very few deaths it occurs while pursuing peace and order in the community.

It is been suspected that decent and abnegated good police officers, as of now, feel insecure in their duty-job while other officers might be planning to retire out of the force.  These abnegated civilians should be not discouraged cuz of the criminal mishandle of the few police abusers in it.

It is not that the government, state, and local leaders have to defund a whole institution cuz criminal errors; it is a throatful analyses has to be done on the institutions involve.  If criminal intention is involved, punishment should take its course.  If accident is involved, compensation should take its course.  Should be clearly understood that unions should not have a say as if they were judges taking decision in a round table to sentence any person.  They are just unions, not witnesses.

When a unit, person or entity commits a crime, that unit, person or entity should pay for it in order to keep the community living in peace, working in peace and enjoying the pursue of justice for all, for, that unit, person or entity is too, part of the community.

When criminal acts persist, it is the commander of the unit that shall be penalized and fire, for he/she is the one in observing crimes are not committed within its jurisdiction, even sent to jail cuz complicity if it is found to be so.
