...am going to answer your question dear Senator Bernie Sanders: Climate Change, is not a HOAX, and is not man made.  In the almost eternal life of Planet Earth, some 4 1/2 BILLION years of age, this plannet had gone through various changes due to the reason that this plannet (now a plannet, not a planet as used to be before) is moving around and around in this Milky Way galaxy.  As this substance (earth) moves, its environment changes.  Three billion years ago, the climate then was not the climate now.  By that time, a large rock, another planet, hit this one and from that collision two substances evolved: Earth and a moon cuz it kept rotating around this earth and still is.  Its climate changed too.  What I wish to indicate here is that specifically in reference to this Plannet, it keeps changing and changing an it had not been due to the so-call man intervention but, nature intervention. Man intervention had been almost insignificant ...well, atomic testing had influence a lot in all humans in respect to its biology and seems to be the cause of so much abundance of illness such as cancer around the globe.  Factories pollutants are killing millions of people and making ill much more people than that.  People getting ill and that is not climate change cause.  There is a lot of flood, fires, rain, earthquakes and things like that, not due to human pollution of the environment but due to the position of this plannet in its galaxy.  But humans respond to adaptation, much better now via its intelligence than via adaptation itself though intelligence in humans is change too, it continue changing, now humans have artificial intelligence at its disposal which is as of now in its primordial stage. Nuclear bomb tests did change in a minimums degree the angle of spinning of this world, but this world gravitation orbit around its sol is very strong due to its field of gravitas forces: its arc shaped within the solar system, this world readjust, and readjust as many time it is slightly infinitesimal moved off its angle yet the plannet angle in respect to the sun, varies from millennium to millennium.  What humans are creating is not climate change, but "climate illness" to human itself....just an eruption from a volcano's, the amount of Co2 (carbon dioxide) is much grater than all the  smoke created by today's industries including cars' smoke ...and volcanoes are erupting each and every day some place in this world, be it known that it is a very good decision controlling pollutants created by humans, but they (humans) are not responsable for "CLIMATE CHANGE".  Controlling pollutants would give to all humans a better health and would increase its life span. Climate Change can't be controlled as of today with today  tech. The environmental Protection Bureau or whatever its name discussed here above by you, distinguished Senator, must work very hard in the regulation of pollutants, contaminating human's air, land and sea including nearby space full of satellite debris. Humans shall control the producing of extraordinary amount of Co2, sulfuric acid, excessive radiation as is planned with adapting micro-waves for cellphone use which will increase cancer in most develop industrialized Nation States.  Even the creation of nuclear plant with very poor security for human inhabitants nearby. But HUMANS ARE NOT THE CAUSE OF CLIMATE CHANGE....still US and the rest of the world must protect the plannet environment. DID YOU, SENATOR BERNIE SANDERS, TOOK A MINUTE TO READ THIS? Post data: some years from now, all solar system's planets will aline, the gravitational pull exerted on this plannet, will be so strong that it will make the well known Yellow Stone caldera, ejects toward nearby space on the surface of Earth, a catastrophe will take over this plannet, other places will due the same thing and humans do not even realize it.  Will this be the end of humans on the surface of this plannet?  Who knows.  And that will and is not humans cause, that is climate change too.  You are the first I tell this above, openly, be the world a witness of the said here to you dear Senator Sanders

Brexit …a peaceful economic split and have a merry ending!

...in the last minute, a flashlight beamed as a solution ...a third solution: leaving the Union making a surgery with anesthesia.  In order to explain that let us split "Brexit" into two: "hard Brexit and soft Brexit"; hard Brexit is leaving the Union with a no-deal or deal.  Soft Brexit is leaving the Union by stages, this is, slowly, absorbing the economic-physical blows some part of the people suffers as consequence of the separation and this is: UK leaves the Union but, it keeps at the very beginning all the rules and regulations already established by the Union, including the UK.  Now what all the MP + its Prime Minister does is starting to shed those rules and regulation that the UK feels most uncomfortable with and building or constructing it owns.  As the UK does that, it starts paying less and less taxes to the Union and the EU starts decreasing, slowly, its sharing with the UK in such a way as to ease the burden cost by sharing among them.  The EU shall collect less taxes and as an equivalent remove some of its protection to the UK until in more or less within two years, the UK does not have to follow any of the Union rules and regulation on the logic that it created its own rule and regulation that the EU would have to accept under diplomatic agreement as any other  Nation State and the EU does, bilateral.  The above is a surgical procedure with anesthesia of removing one from the other ...this falls under the two years intention agreement in the amended constitution of the EU States.  Simplest and clearest than that nothing neither water.  The splitting occurs guided by UK, not the Union or the European Union.

Let UK and the rest enjoy a peaceful economic split and have a merry ending! Things are within the frame of the AMENDED constitution.

Solutions to protect the USA via educating its population

It is a labyrinth of intricated election campaigners of which were directly or indirectly guided, instructed and/or paid by the Dictator President of Russia Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin popularly known as Putin.

Some of them were not conscious of been proxies of Putin's "secret wars" against the Western Democracy with the purpose to either collapse or make the European-USA joint militaries, NATO, a feeble war machine.

Be it known that Putin has in his cross-hair eyes the United States of America to make this Nation State pays "its maneuvering" of the fall of the URSS communist Nation State now call Russia Federation.

Putin raised to power from been a KGB (Committee for State Security),  an internal spy agency which was guided by the "political theorist of The Prince".  Machiavelli writings is a treatise written from correspondence of his Niccolo Machiavelli.  In simple words: acquire political power and then stay in power via whichever means disregarding the means itself.

The United States of America which you have taken the position office being a leader in the world, is being attack by other nations.  The reason is because of this nation is a creator of technology due to the reason that this nation was built by immigrant that came to this land with multiples idea which were unable to be implemented on their native countries.  But there has been always a problem the problem of the racism.  But one thing has already happened in the United State of America …the creation of a constitution based on the dogma of democracy.  The constitution of the United States of America is a philosophical letter than a constitution, which in turn became a constitution to elaborate from it the rules are laws of America.  On the reason that too many politicians do not understand or understand the essence of the constitution they use their political position to fulfill the ego, rather than the need of a society.

Not all the people of United States of America have full knowledge of the constitution.  The reason they do not have that knowledge is because it is not taught in school; as of today, neither primary school or high school least in college teach the concept of the constitution.  The constitution of the United States is seldom read by professionals which cause ignorance at practice.

In a democracy people are chosen to political position by the mass of most people …Most of those people have not even read the constitution so when they come to the electorate to pick up a politician to work on making laws, many times they err.

These are both situations have to be corrected by politicians themselves but, they do not have enough knowledge on philosophy least on the constitution, yet they are college and graduate from specific fields such as laws and many other fields.  Those many graduated on those fields stay ignorant to philosophy and the constitution.  Too many are greedy ones.

on the reason that they have accumulated hefty sum of money; but wrong they are.

Bing smart uneducated and being smart and educated even though are smart, are far away different one for the other.  And being smart and ignorant is it still far away from the first mentioned here.

The solution:

In a democracy schooling has to be implemented to all of its population that has not finished high school but including in it briefing in philosophy on the constitution.

Studies in the constitution on philosophy and  the constitution itself Should be talk and taught by free in any school be it in primary school, high school, college or any University to adults mostly if they are on welfare or people that has committed a crime but left free and are no violent people; Violent people should be talk and taught at any nearby prison.

Why in nearby prisons?  …Because it is needed of some authorities able to make an arrest if a violent act arises. 

The above are suggestions, just that.  Where United States of America must and shall educate this generation, then stop this education on future generations if the teaching of philosophy and the constitution is implemented at all school level as a subject of study to the United States population avoiding that it is own population destroy this nation.

The future cannot be predicted but, it can be guessed.  Science has advance in big steps at which applied science or tech is giving to HUMANS solutions to live longer and enters in a state of calm so avoiding wars if possible and making wars only in rare situations.

This future will contribute (seen the future as an object) in decreasing human population to the least so that instead of been plannet Earth populated by billions of people, its population will be nearing less than 3 billion in just two centuries from now the 21^st. Century.

All the above thanks to the invention of AI or Artificial Intelligence.  The least activity in sexual intercourse amongst humans, the least birth rate of humans.  There will be then, plenty of land to work and generate food, energy and the least air pollution, green energy will be the most use consumption by humans, rapes amongst humans will approach to cero as well as violent acts too.  Meanwhile, “mother nature” would have to continue taking a toll on human lives in order to keep human population balance and war would be needed to help “mother nature” in balancing all the inhabitants on this plannet.  Mars and Moons will be the final salvation of humans if they populate those heavenly locations too.

Note: I have befriended some Islamic and Muslin people and learnt a lot from them.

They are not as those few terrorists in Asia or Africa (Syria at war, Iran at war with a lot of fanatic’s religious ones; the one I have dealt with are beautiful noble ones; peaceful ones, educated ones.  The one that impressed me a lot was an Iman from the Muslin religion: decent, noble, self-given, and very much versed in the Quran.  Wow what a great intelligent person full in morals and behaviours, how sweet a person.

I will right on my experience with some Muslin and some other people from different religions but my experience with my conversation with that Iman stayed in my mind very deep: we spoke on morals, his morals had very much coincidences with my knowledge in medicine and philosophy.  He did not study medicine and or philosophy but, things he said were exactly by accordance with medicine and that root of science: Philosophy!

...will elaborate on that, then will publish it here.  Hope that people with prejudice against Muslim and or Islamic ones, at least would see how wrong we all are when they are judged mean terrorist ones.

In any religion we have mean people but most people who are priest, Iman, ministers, and the likes, are so tender and delicious to set up any educated conversation.  My experience is with one Iman of the Muslin belief and with a follower simple muslin.  That next here to plot on these writings of mine.

It should be a lesson delivered to all citizens families to better discipline their kids before they turn their kids against their own governments.  Think their kid's families should be questioned to see if they cooperated for their kids to become a fighter against their own gov and be deported off the land they live in as a citizen or legal residents.  Enemy combatants shall be fought not only on the front at war, but at any social level.

They, the Russia’s mafia, works indecently from the gov but whichever they do is guided to favor to things: the Russian’s Nation State and Vladimir Putin personal interests which are: remaining in power, protecting his aliases (those working in the gov finger pointed by he, the President) and whichever Putin decide as is the case of Roger Stone.   Mr. Stone feel he is specifically one Putin mantra of protection.  Roger has great faith in that mantra emanating from Putin’s mafia, he feels it reaches US as it does in Latin America and other international locations, this is, foreign countries.

Mr. Roger Stone has the feeling that Russia has a very strong spy agency capable of killing anyone around the earth globe, including himself …and that’s why he wants to make sure he is not on the Russia’s mafia cross hair …but just sent two signals: the V signals as a victory gotten by the news and the judge with a cross hair signal.  This people are really, really but real criminals, Roger Stone.

Things would be amazingly easy and “cheaper” to build on the Moon and the devices used to send them to Mars would be so powerful that those same devices would not function the same if used on Earth.  Those things would be inefficient, incapable and even obsolete not because there would be other with much better tech, but because those things always would be the most advanced in design and its capability would exists if used directly from the Moon directed to any point on the solar system not even to Mars but to any location in space and time within the Solar system or any location of the Universe, just to mention one or two example: if food is storage on the Moon, in dispatching that food to Mars, a very large quantity of food could be sent that way rather than from Earth which a very small quantity could be sent to Mars due to Earth gravity.  It would be extraordinary costly, and the ship used to do that would be extraordinary big.  There would be a ratio: the more food dispatched to Mars, the bigger the ship and the much bigger the amount of fuel to consume just to launch the ship.  On the contrary from the Moon: a small and powerful rocket-engine dispatched from the Moon would carry the same large amount of food to Mars while that food would need on Earth a noticeably big, big rocket at a cost that would make the exploration of Mars: impossible.  The other thing: due to gravity, the waring of rockets as it travels back and forth from and to Earth would make the same rocket last longer in its use if it travels back and forth from the Moon to Mars.

…and the above thinking is why the last robot sent to Mars had lasted longer in its survival, over 12 years than its predicted survival time: gravity, it make less damage on mars to the friction of its gear than if the same machine or device of robot would be in use on the surface of Earth.  Wearing is different depending on its gravity.

...the USA is in the Asian seas cuz US has a lot of investment in that part of the world be them of political or commercial interest. Why is not Italy in the Asian seas? If they would have political and/or commercial interest they would come to US for help and again, US would be in the Asian seas serving Italy but US assuming full responsibilities on the mission and of course, this would give a great advantage to US in future diplomatic/economic interest to USA. ...see distinguished opiniators or critique? The world is a net of politics/businesses that are all interbedded one to the other. US has the ships, airplanes, money and experience in dealing with crises, who else: Russia? They don't have the power to do that. China? They don't have the power to do that and they don't care for the political health of others by them. England? They don't have the power or the money in acting on their own alone. Haiti? Well, no one at all. In reference to the UK problem, that is a normal Democratic problem that they would solve amongst them. No need of any intervention but, clear elevated advises from health well inform critique/commentators and the news but with heavy facts on their disposals. The problem is that Asia, Africa, Europe and America is been plug with so many difficulties in todays epoch, that they are been concerned with their own destiny ...see Venezuela, Israel, Syria and USA as well as many others. Happenings around the planet are too of a various type. Today tech permits any one in getting informed on whichever situation arises, those situations are very graves situation so each and every nation is concerned with their own. If any world leader takes the pot by its ears and intervene within any country, the world situation could explode in a greatest problem cuz other nations could intervene too with the exception if in the intervention of other nation that nation is almost too close to the frontier of the nation doing the intervention as in the case of Syria and nearby states or Russia and nearby states as Crimea. It the intervention is in a very far away state, it could escalate into a world war. Example, if it were as was from USA into Vietnam. ...you two are out of face, synchronize and research some more before giving your "opinion". Wall Street will be affected for the worst. We at the continent are perplexed by the decision of a EU member country to leave the idea of unity, solidarity and being strong-together. At the end in the big geopolitical pond and the division of the world in 3-4 economic and power blocks the UK will be a nobody. This is what leaves about everybody on the planet and on the continent even more so totally flabbergasted.

To the European Union.

The Constitution of the European Union allows any nation in association with the union to withdraw out of it.

The European Union gives to any nation a time limit of two (2) years to do that.

In reality it had been demonstrated as event goes in the United Kingdom that it is not an easy solution in doing that because after many years in association with the rest of Europe, a nation develops affinity to the Union that is hard to dissolve …their local and internal laws become very well linked to the laws emanated by the Constitution of Europe which in turn in order to disassociate them its like making a medical surgery without anesthesia.

Therefore: the European Union has to amend its constitution in order to perfect it and respond to whichever need or situation any other joined nation encounters on its way.  As of the so-call Brexit.

The European Union has to attach a Constitutional Amendment to its Magna Carta which gives an easiest exit to any member state.

To do that: the European Union has to accept a notice of intention from any member nation that encounters a situation similar as the “Brexit” in the UK, so it could re-apply for an extension of two (years) by the end of the first constitutional two (2) years given but within 90 days before its final day.

If the member nation still can not solve its exit, the member nation can apply for an extension of ninety (90) days an pay a summons of one quarter the tax paid to the European Union in one month multiplied by three months while it exits the Union.  If the exiting member decides not to exit, that money stays in the European Union governing department in order to use it as designated by the Supreme court of the Union and/or the President of the Union for the purpose of contributing in the future to protect any economic vacuum created by the no-exited member which could affect the income of the European Union to fulfill its obligation with its member states.

The above would make any existing member in making a serious decision and organizing itself to exit long before applying to the European Union for its right to exit.

Post data: the above could avoid any revolution as a result of an exit from membership, could avoid an economic chaos and would give more time for any country in making election of its President or Prime Minister while it takes a decision …and that is why it is of urgency this amendment.

A country could just use the two (2) years given or still wait longer after those two (2) years elapse and use whichever time needed in the next two (2) years, might be use few more days and exit, few more months and exit but would have a maximum of two (years) knowing that would pay a summons after if needed of the ninety (90) days and not exiting and intends to reapply again after deciding to stay.  If the country stays, the money stays in the union, if the country leaves, the money is reimbursed to the former member.

Exiting countries should know that during those ninety (90) days, the exiting member does not qualify for any economical help and has not to pay any other taxes to the European Union, during those days neither if it changes its “mind” for the EU did not cooperate with their economy.

Any citizen of the existing former member nation has ninety (90) days to apply for citizenship in the European Union and has not to show any other documentation but proof of been a citizen of the nation that exited the European Union.

…or that is related to any legal resident or citizen of the exiting nation but wishes to stay in the European Union.

That sound, it seems, good but, it is not like that.  China is growing each and every day stronger and stronger.  There the world will approach a situation at which "all of the world" will prefer to buy its tech products from China, not from the EU, the US or UK.  This will happen while the rest of the world market will decrease in side, China's market will grow in size.  This will give China, a Communist Dictator-Capitalist Nation State to expands its influence at any corner around the world and therefore create military bases not to protect other nations but, to protect its interests.  This is the future next: the European Union, the United kingdom and US least Latin America will possess any military power to confront whichever action China takes on its advantages disregarding the interest of any other Nation State just because the world, the entire world, is a net consumer of China's tech even though they copied right others copyright, only they, the Chinese people, its government, benefit of the fruit of the work of other nations, and China will be able to conquer the world, not militarily but in tech of which the world will depends on them. It is good to have a diverse economy, but they should be tied one to the other by regulations just to protect its users and avoid agiotism with the price of things in the market.  See what is going on with medications in USA in comparison to Canada and other places of Europe.  In US it is very, very costly to treat, just to mention one: AIDs.  One-month treatment cost much more than a thousand dollars.  If the European Union works all together as a unit, the European Union would share expenses, competition increases and prices drops as well as it makes it easier on scientific researches; goods move faster, people could invest in whichever location of the Continental Europe and can follows regulations.  See the US, Social Security, a citizen could start receiving SS in a state and move to a different state and continues receiving its eternal life check payment.  If the person moves to another Nation States the citizen loses its right and then would have to depend on other rights on agreements between USA and that nation, not if he/she just move from state to state, the collector of SS check payment do not change, is not stopped; just report the new address and the payment gets there. ...now why?  Because the fed laws of US are the same no matter where in USA land a person live.

Assume a woman who is pregnant, see she can not cover the cost of giving birth in the UK and in doing so certain care specifically for her situation could expose her child to die during birth.  But that woman finds out that in Italy with the small amount of money in her possession, the care equal that one of the UK.  She travels to Italy, gives birth and her child caries dual nationality depending the paper work she has to complete and the laws in existence in all of Europe are the same.  That woman returns to the UK with her child with dual nationality: English person if from the union of England and Italian person depending where in the future the child or mother decide to live.  But if UK exist within the European Union, no need to do anything, the child still is either English person of Italian if chosen so because that child was born within the European territory.  If one child of an American USA person is born in Arkansas, and moves to California, that child still American.  The same thing happens if the child is born in a borough of London and moves to another borough of London, that child still remain been a citizen of England… and that is the point.

The European Union has much more ground to compete worldwide than if any of their component’s countries wish to compete worldwide.  To compete worldwide the one who compete must be an exceptionally large powerful, in economy, industry as are others such as those that distribute tech: Google, ITT, Msft, Amazon.  China has one of many I know of: Wish, I bought via it around $75.00, could not return anything, too complicated to do so and by the time I found out how to, I found it was limited to a few days to make a return; no instruction on how to make it work and de devices broke on my hand as I was dealing with it, the material were of very poor qualities: did not support its use through time.  Via this international site one of the things bought cost me $7.00, went to a national store and order it, it cost me $20.00, the thing is strong, well made, durable and had a lot of ethic in it.

I mentioned the above experience just to proof to people this.  If some one buys a thing in the UK, that thing is subject to the European Union rules and regulation and could easily return it if does not follow the written guarantee.  But if the UK and the European Union work each other with different rules and regulations, exchanging even for cash or another similar thing is almost impossible.  This is this: the market from UK to Italy is considered a local market, if UK does not belong to the EU, it is an international market.  Local markets are easily to handle, international no.

UK separated from the European Union, makes its business exceedingly difficult as the $75.00 dollars I lost buying my things in China.  UK is going to have big loses in the future, and that will affect its economy.  It is like a marriage: bought a house, a car, and manage their own business; now get divorce and: the house?  The car?  The business? Where is the future?  Everything worthless?

This is the situation on the 21^st. Century, let us not go back to the 20^th. Century or the 19^th.

Today’s tech does not allow to exist as it was one of few centuries ago.  If so, that region would enters into the same perjuries in existence at that time.

The solution: It depends on the Constitution of the European Union: just amend the constitution giving a provision that if after the two years (2) allocated to any member, waiting time to exit, if that member is unable in complying with that time given, by the Union, that same member could re-apply again for two more  years after another two years lapses which would total four (4) years and start over the same procedure; but, would have to pay a fine which would be a 25% of the total taxes to be paid for 3 month full taxes average payment allocated for the European Union to function within its dictated rules and laws.

Any one can be in politics making “politics” but, do not know the value of it.

I had been told for years, by very respectful people, that sometimes we could find “tigeres” or bounders in politics even though I had been discussing that to be impossible, for, politics is an art that must carry within its spirit a degree of decency but, was wrong. What I just read was something in the news that proves that some person feeling’s is vice and sometimes we could find “tigeres” or bounders in politics is a true assertion.

Some one in Texas, a grandeurs city, called one of the most recent elected officials to our political scenarios Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N. Y.) a very repudiated name not even worth to be repeated here.  The rise of gangster in command of this nation has created the rise of citizens into politics as a response to them.  And the best of that is that those citizens had to be women to repudiate those gangsters and not men; women are proving that Democracy is here to stay, not gangsters and uneducated people in command of this nation and their followers as had been a city council of Texas.

My congrats to you Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.  Hope you escalate even higher in politics and help shape Democracy as one of the highest priorities of this nation in the protection of US all as a whole, safeguarding our population from intromission of foreign countries and the exploitation of our economy by demagogues.
