Covid-19 flu-free elections.

As a member of Board of Election Poll Table in the City of New York I issue my personal suggestion: carrying November election with the least risk of the flu-killer as this:

Mostly, elections are carried out within public schools.  We spend from 9-12 hours enclosed, mostly, in the basement of schools, doing our duties.  Schools basement are not fit, as of now with this pandemic, to do that yet would not be of a danger, possible, for electors, it would be for Pool table workers even though for some electors too.  Putting strong big or multiple UV rays air filters would be one solution incurring in very high cost to do this, and a spend of money after (unless resold in the free market or to Pool table workers themselves, at its per unit wholesale cost).

It is a vast amount of investing in UV air filters, yet it would protect voters as well.

Here a simple solution:

        I.            Take almost all public parks, borrow military canvas to make a false cover (ceiling) to protect in case of rain.

      II.            Divide the public park into Electoral Sections and name them the same as electoral school districts.

    III.            Assign those Electoral Pool district workers that are designed an Electoral Pool Worker Substitute and language translators to guide voters to their appointed Electoral Pool Table and districts.

    IV.            Provide them all with a special made Electoral Pool Tables and “school district” location in the map made and applied in the public park assigned to issue the votes.

      V.            Place a police car, together with a Poll Worker next to it, giving direction to voters on how to direct themselves into the park and find the location to cast their votes and with the given right, sometimes, to walk directly with the voter into the pool table assigned to them.  And immediately the pool worker returns to his/her table positioned in the curve nearby the park with the police giving protection to voters (anyone selling or using drug in its perimeter or within it, would carry a federal penalty with a specific mandatory sentence of X days in jail plus whatever sentence a judge feels base on established laws is needed to enforce a federal mandate of incarceration for carrying drugs in there).

    VI.            Announcement via TV, Radio and pamphlets should be placed for the papulation to know of it.

  VII.            Cuz of the killer flu, Electoral workers should b paid time and a half or double time for each hour worked.  Taken from the stimulus money to be distributed among the population.  This should be an incentive for Electoral workers to feel the need to assist to render a workforce to make certain all Poll table are in full function for November 2020.

If electoral workers are incentive and protected as in the same case as voters too, November 2020 would be a record taking of votes.
