...this firm is based in the United States of America, therefore it is ruled by national laws of this country and international laws of foreign countries when it goes in a bipartisan state: national and international but, there is a but to mentioned here: there is a foreign Nation State involved here, which should submit itself, the company involved in that Nation State, should submit to the laws based in the USA or could not operate here with US yet I have my doubts on that nation cuz the make of piracies is their way to grow their economies ...just let's wait and see.  Good luck!

...Fillr, base in my knowledge on computers and their explanation on how it works, is, in my opinion, the only and best example to use it as AI to fill up documents to id the user in making payments and working as half a key to refer the user as a legitimate person, not a robot ...all fillr has to do is to ask the user to use this program (a good start to AI) to make a purchase somewhere, to give it an initial start.
