Manifesto of Democracy.

The USA Magna Carta is a Philosophical Absolute Constitution.

It is a letter specifically directed to the rule of the people on a land.

The Constitution

Of the United State of North America and its lands around the world.

It is not a law; it is a mandate of which laws are to be enacted as adjectives of this absolute philosophical letter.

This letter is based on the people’s right to exist amongst themselves without been enslaved by other human but their own will as a Democratic Republic governed by the people and serving its people and any people around the world as the USA pertains.

This letter accepts that all humans are equal born in rights as established by the human right of self-independence of any other entity and complying with the commandment of the Magna Carta based in a natural law for the preservation of humanity here called: Democracy.

…it is composed of five Axions: Free Enterprise.

                                                            Capitalism

                                                            Socialism

                                                            Communism

                                                            Dictatorship.

Free Enterprise.

The right to undertake a business without the interference of the authorities assigned by the people and been supported by “We the People’s authorities under rules established.

The entity that owns an enterprise, can not use it to hurt the people or any other no matter whether they are within this Nation State or not. The enterprise created can respond the market needs by selling its products as demanded by the laws, not as the will of the entrepreneur in violation of any existing laws. The entrepreneur can respond as needed to the market, as the need of the market based on demands and offer.  Enterprises shall not violate human rights.

Capitalism

The right to invest in a business or participate with own capital be it by money injected to the business and not illegally obtained as mandated by the laws of the land or region at which it is located or as established by local or international laws as established.

The USA government shall not own any interest on that investment to benefit a single entity or individual using the money that belongs to the government and taking the benefit for personal use of any authority of the government or individual associated directly or indirectly with any governmental authority.

The government retain the right to invest in any capital enterprise as long as the government use any benefit of it, to be allocated to its use for the people or as established by its Congress created by its Constitutional mandates.

Any capital shall not be a benefit related in the oppression of people in order to create a benefit.

 

Socialism

The distribution of the fruit of investment onto the people as established by the laws emitted by its Congress and the President of USA without the influence or act of discrimination amongst.

Example of socialism: investing in hospitals, schools, government infrastructure, and/or any other entity designed for the good environment of the country or as defined by its Congress and/or its president not involving friends, families or individuals not accepted by direct laws created by its Congress and not in violation of its laws.

Socialism is the distribution of the richness of the money of the people accumulated by established legal laws.

Communism

Is the right that the government contains to collect taxes by its institutions in order to comply with the needs of government and maintaining its entities as described by its laws, be them Federal, State or Local governments.

Dictatorship

The enforcement of the laws created by the governments of the USA in order to maintain its existence and establish the safe existence of its inhabitants. The protection and enforcement of those laws just to assure happiness for all.

Created for your choice: humans made them, they conquered us all.

Allow it to put it this way: there is no weak force and strong force but, weak gravity and strong gravity. The weak one is the attractions between the electrons and its nuclei. The separation of its components (electrons, protons and neutrons), produce a tremendous bang (explosion), light escape and travels far, far from its origin of creation and it is seen from far away as a flash that could burn the components of a person eyes (retina, iris and rods including other cells in it) if the person is close to it. Gravity, that exist in matter, disintegrate as it becomes part of the ground or other matter next to it; be it known that as molecules loses and/or gain electrons, it loses its electromagnetism, everything goes poof. Only that matter next to it is the one that suffers cuz it gets extra or loses electrons, in living organism, it affects is DNA sequence and making it radioactive. Going back to the existence of the Universe, all the components of matter, exist in the Universe, making it a multiverse or just a Universe and exist as random as in the case of a plasma emitted by a start.

The Supreme Court on Friday paused a sweeping ruling from a federal appeals court that had prohibited thousands of Biden administration officials from engaging in many kinds of contact with social media platforms.

The justices also agreed to hear the administration’s appeal in the case, setting the stage for a major test of the role of the First Amendment in the internet era, one that will require the court to consider when government efforts to limit the spread of misinformation amount to censorship of constitutionally protected speech.

Three justices dissented from the court’s decision to allow contacts while the case moves forward. “Government censorship of private speech is antithetical to our democratic form of government, and therefore today’s decision is highly disturbing,” Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. wrote, joined by Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil M. Gorsuch.

In asking the Supreme Court to act, Solicitor General Elizabeth B. Prelogar said the government was entitled to express its views and to try to persuade others to take action.

“A central dimension of presidential power is the use of the office’s bully pulpit to seek to persuade Americans — and American companies — to act in ways that the president believes would advance the public interest,” she wrote.

In response, the attorneys general of Missouri and Louisiana, both Republicans, along with people who said their speech had been censored, wrote that the administration had crossed a constitutional line.

…after studying and analyzing the above, this is a conclusion:

Free speech is enumerating an individual feelings, ideas or point of view in a situation that is evolving and/or did happen or might happens. A person has the unalienable right  of freedom of expression. To tell things that are false, deceive the public with the intention of hurting, misleading and defamatory thoughts in the public via a mean of distribution, is not free speech. Doing the same thing in private, to a group or a private meeting,  does not violate the above and falls within the unalienable right of free speech of the group. Free speech is not to be prohibited as long as it is not per se, propaganda directed to hurt a group, an individual or an institution or entity and done in public. When done so, it is calumny and the affected entity has the right to demand a compensation for such situation and the issuer of the calumny, must make and official apology via the same means the calumny was used to present the so-called free speech.

The above does not applies when it comes to be said publicly or privately as a joke, entertainment, amusement with the intention to enjoy or make the viewer enjoy the moment. It is the right of the presenter of the show to decide what is to be expressed or not or the one that tell the story for entertainment in his/her telling.

Even though am not a Cristian and there exist laws that prohibit killing fellow creatures, would like in any way or the other they get turned into vapor on the air. If cuz of disgrace they turn into political-leaders, we are fucked, screwed up to our cojones and all that things that give us muscular strengths.

Not all politicians are born to be, but most of them are self-made to. Parting from this theory, let’s present to onlookers one case as been the best example to prove the above:

Let’s undertake this: a man is judge for what he/she tells and for what he/she does, more for what he/she does than for what they say. Based on that, do you think a politician who possible never been in the military or at war, hang a general military? …well, that had been seen in a deranged society that is not a Democracy. But this self-made political guru predicate that. This all just prove this politician low power of thinking and he, who is supposed to be a leader of the groupe he is representing, is misleading most people of that group. Election comes and election goes, and people like that still remain in power. Why? Simple to say is, cuz those that elect him are busy doing work, taking care of their families, or possible, doing some studies to better their lives. Those are the, mostly, ones that vote for that analphabet enumerating that a general should be hang. It is a pity to see that good working people, unknowingly, elect such a type of American citizen to lead and help that small or large community. It is a pity. If that type of onlooking are reading these written words, they should think twice when giving their powerful vote to elect that type of person again and again… just think twice before throwing a vote. Your work is valuable for that type of person to speak in that manner on an American General that had dedicated his life in benefit of the American people. Think twice before casting a vote.

Elon Musk is not prepared or educated in politics even though he is very good at business, but in politics. When Vladimir Putin told him that the USA was at risk to be bombarded with nuclear weapons on the reason that he, Musk, was permitted to equipe Ukrainians to use his internet network to control air drones to attack Russia's territories (lands invaded by Russia's militaries), he, Musk, did not understand what in reality Putin meant but that Putin was saying things that he would do. So, Musk geofenced all locations where Ukrainians were directing their attacks using Musk Wi-Fi network so Russia militaries would be saved. That action undertaken by Musk, was done cuz he does not know a dot on war strategy, and he bought Putin strategy; that action hurt US, the Ukrainians and all of Europe. Then the European Union started to change its strategy in safeguarding the liberty of the Ukrainians and started thinking in favour of Russia's. He, Musk did not now of what a MAD is, or self-destruction cuz no government can use nuclear bombs to attack any part of the planet on the reason that there are automatic nuclear response to that nation producing the attack ...that is so, that Russia was prescribing its self-destruction as someone in bed, sleeping, and feeling on the mid of the night a robber inside his/her home but with the light off, aiming a shot gun to the foot head of the bed to shoot but shooting their own food instead. ...now, he is following a political strategy that is to talk bad of any other politician in order to attract attention to the mass of people watching some politicians talking of what they think is well done. Commenting on other politicians has been totally wrong in dealing with matter of facts. Be it known that this man is not versed in politics nor historical event but on risking vast amounts of money, working hard to achieve his entrepreneur to achieve and idea. Now his asking to the gov for money to do things, things the Pentagon knows better than he does.

A veces se me hace un poco difícil tener una conversación afable con uno de esos locos que por cierto, si son políticos. Sigamos con eso de hablando como los locos. Las personas de ignorancia profunda le gustan formar discusión en forma de diálogo con aquellas personas que quisieran explicarles en que están ellos errados. Guao! Por Dios Santos, a veces quisiera que un mal rayo caiga del cielo y los evapores del frente mio. Starling, it is very important for me that you as well as others, read this pictured message... the reason of this are the girls, they have to learn to give a helping hand to those in the family who need it, and in the future: to people.

We cannot do as adults what we did not learn as children  Live is a school, we learn and share our belongings, but some people disgrace other by not giving a helping hand, its cost: you lose nothing but instead, some one is helped to survive in this jungle of egoism and ethnocentrism in big cities as the Big Apple... and that someone could be you or who knows whom!

I wish you joined "My Group” It is a group of people of any ethnocentric culture met to make philosophical arguments as a means to self education.

I observe that the internet is full of undisciplined people of all ages, adults looking for money, sex, pleasure and just personal satisfactions at whatever cost as "let's 'enjoy' life" before this ship sink to the bottom of the sea  …if in the government as authorities, exploiting it as something good to get and rip off, it belongs to no one; if in business, ripping off the poor, by tricking them into juice full business in which only the creator of the business get enriched and its members stay there waiting for some scrap that will appear onto their hands "some day" (credit cards banking are just doing that); if at work as teachers, instructors or professors, doing their work as "strictly business" and no human emotions surface onto their skins, but scare of their students misconceived-lack of respect for their instructors, fathers and mothers... of course, that young individual will be an instructor, father or mother as well as a public authority whom will do back, inches by inches, what he/she observed from his parents/instructors or public servants (supposedly to serve the public, but pity enough to say: "serving themselves from the public"

Because of the above there is nowadays a rampant behavior among people in which Homosexuals, police abuse not only killing the people they are set to protect, but also killing themselves because of their "look” …this is, inverted values …those authorities set to preserve democracy, are destroying democracy.

 Inverted Values is the plate of the day to order at the table on massacring its civilians as in Sodom and Gomorrah: "A city of ancient Palestine possibly located south of the Dead Sea. In the Bible, it was destroyed along with Gomorrah because of its wickedness and depravity." (From the American English Dictionary) …and its chief wants to be re-elected to be the boss of the city... well, killing its people is not a good politic, but people are as I just mentioned above and do not have a brain over their shoulders to "think"... not only that, some are trying to attack its own: Americans killing Americans, watch the news from time to time and observe of some brainless individuals that were planning to kill members of a church (thanks they did not succeed, for it would have affected the economy in this nation in an unimaginable way).

You, Starling would ask: "I do not understand what papi is talking about," and if so, I'd tell you: I am talking about life: "live and let live."

In addition, I tell all the above for you not to commit the same "legal social crime" on that of inverted values.

Misiva: Según mis criterios de que es la Democracia, mas abajo descrita lo más breve posible …de lo cual espero, al menos, de ser entendible expreso lo siguiente:

Democracia como su nombre indica, es el mandato de todo un pueblo. Gracias a ese mandato, usted a sido elegido por su pueblo a gobernarlos por un tiempo ya definido por la Constitución del pueblo salvadoreño.

Esa Democracia esta constituida por cinco o objetivos o enmiendas del mundo social.

Primero:               Libre Empresa.

Segundo:             Capitalismo.

Tercero:                Socialismo.

Cuarto:                 Comunismo.

Quinto:                 Dictadura.

Estos son los requerimientos para la existencia the estas cincos enmiendas. La aplicación de una sola de ellas crea caos socioeconómico lo cual es casi imposible desenredar, sino imposible.

Cuando se aplican todas, con una medida cuidadosa, la región crece, se desarrolla y se convierte en fenómeno de riqueza natural, pero creado y programado por el ser humano a consecuencias de este mismo.

Usted, distinguido presidente del Salvador está aplicando una de estas: Dictadura. Para poder controlar el caos creado por terroristas.

Pero existen otras enmiendas de la Democracia que también se tienen que aplicar para que el de la dictadura, no de origen a un caos de otras envergaduras, o peor de la que hacen unos meses existía en vuestra nación. Ese paso es el Socialismo.

El Socialismo es en este caso especifico de combatir este terrorismo, es la distribución en escala de igualdad a la población salvadoreña: No se debe aplicar leyes a todo individuo del Salvador y a otros no. No toda la población es culpable de terrorismo, ellos son los aterrorizados. Juzgar a cualquier ciudadano por igual que a un terrorista, es algo fatal para la población pues entonces es uno, quien la aplica, un terrorista también. Entiendo que USTED, es un defensor de los derechos HUMANOS, lo cual lo obliga proteger al pueblo quien lo eligió para gobernarlos y quitarle ese mal de esos grupos terroristas. Sucede que la aplicación de Dictadura es el primer paso que dar en caso específico del salvador y el desenvolvimiento de esos momentos. Pero existen otros pasos que seguir, y es el paso social. Todos los pasos son delicados en una entidad Democrática. Muchos ciudadanos han sido detenidos, ahora (ahorita), hay que liberar aquellos que no son terroristas y hay que tener cuidado con ese paso pues aquí es cuando se filtran acciones que no van con la verdad y se cometen errores ya manipulados para beneficiar algunos terroristas. El paso es, darles libertad a ciudadanos de continuar su vida en paz, vía al progreso y a la libre empresa según su voluntad. Para poder hacer eso, se le debe facilitar al físicamente acusado he impresionado, sus libertades por naturaleza Constitucional y Natural de toda sociedad humana quienes otros le llaman, Derechos Humanos. Ellos son El Salvador, ellos son la paz, el progreso y los futuros gobernadores de ese país, mujeres y hombres disfrutando de plena libertad. Ellos son los futuros Capitalistas, los futuros Empresarios, los futuros vigilantes de la Democracia, ley del pueblo.

...Trumph, (renamed himself as Trump, to remove the impression of a foreign name and sound more Anglo-Saxon, English) to be sentence to prison? hmm, do not wait and see on that for many Presidents. Do not be surprised, in Latin America, a President is sent to prison. In the Dominican Republic, one President was sent to prison (lockup in a military fortress, in an ample room, with colour television, with a land telephone and his secretary to stay with him 8 hours a day or as needed to manage his business, with family visit any time, any day. His daughters and sons including his wife with him as needed, when needed and as he demanded, remember, he President Salvador Jorge Blanco ...think this was his name was the military in chief of the Dominican army, got it?), so in other parts of Latin America as in the Republic of Peru, one of his formers Presidents were sent to jail, and he escaped to Japan, cuz Japan was the country of his fathers before he was born. His daughter wanted to be President of Peru, for you to know if you do not believe it. Nixon, former President of USA, was exonerated after been exposed to enter into a jail. Would that happen with Trumph too? History repeats.

...why? Some people cannot comprehend, why even the elite of politicians agree with the former vice-president decision to adhere to the Constitutional mandates of the Magna Carta by not acting following former president recurring to declare him the winner of the elections, and still those congresspeople would vote for Trump if he is put on the electoral Balot, was based on this: they too, are involved in the conspiracy to overthrow the elected gov before it takes place on the recognition posting the real winner as the next President. They would do whatever to get Trump back to the Balot for 2024. A strategy of self-protection guarantee. I could watch these two discussing politics together all day long! They're both fantastic at laying bare the motives and methods of political players & operatives, and they both have keen insight into the long-term effects of policy decisions, which is great for viewers who want to get a solid grasp on Beltway machinations. And they both clearly enjoy their work and are passionate about getting the electorate involved and invested, and communicate with clarity. Cheers to both!

I love seeing how Jen warm up to the camera and set and just broadcasting overall. When she first started I didn't think she'd make it because she was so 'cardboard cutout', but she's just blossoming into this new role. Great fit for her.
