...to do war Vs. Making war.

 

Observing the manner in which a Democracy, such as that of USA, does wars, and others Nation State entity does war too.

In order to win a war, the war maker has to see what the need is of doing that.

Wars were based on the need to conquer land with its inhabitants, submitting some of them into slavery and or ostracizing others off the land. The invader, after conquering the invaded, they were subjugated into servandry (been at the service of the king or ruler’s family people giving free service to the invaders, working on the invader lands, and giving their ownership of their own land to the highest ruler of the invader who, then distributed the taken land amongst its generals, soldiers and the members of his government, including the ownership of its invaded inhabitants, this is, its dwellers.  So, slavery was established), the unwanted were killed, almost immediately during the face of the war and afterword.  Yet the invader gave chance to the conquered people to render themselves at the order of the rulers; it was then when both the invader’s people and the invaded mixt its social inhibited land and daughters with those of the invaders turning into a larger people, as long as they all hail the king and work for the king or ruler. Now just one people.

The king or ruler could dispose of any women they choose at will, use her, then let her go home, most of the time with small possession of goods or land; her family felt paid with that and if the ruler wished, could keep her as part of their harem or devoted wife. So did any other from the then so-call nobleites (from the group of nobles).

Been a noble, was a blessing they could do, freely, whatever they pleased as long as protecting and invoking the king or ruler as the highest lord who can overdue whatever had been done or decree new dictamens to govern the land.  A king or eternal ruler was some form of Supreme court as it exists in most modern governments, but they were a living law of the land constitution.

People or dwellers had to share their belongings such as infrastructure, lands, family, and products with that ruler (king); most ruler did care for their people and help them …of course, they were subjects’ property of the ruler (read: king).

That originated into a Feudalistic government, the above.

Robbing, stealing, killing, and owning people to dispose of them as needed; sharing those owned people with soldiers fighting to conquering them and usufruting their lands as well as integrating those new lands to the conquering ruler and or commander, was the rule of the land.  Some rulers (leaders) did not integrate the conquered land, but fully destroyed that new territory, then abandoned it or repopulated with its own Urb. That way new nations were raised, or they grew bigger.

That was how society went into a metabolism, turning from kings to dictators, to god-like rulers, to nefast ruler and or nefast family rulers (nefarious, wicked).

There were many types and king of group of people, and still, they exist in plain twenty-first century.

Some centuries ago, some of those government-rulers, turned into the now known as Democratic Governments; their rulers were killed, some ruler persisted existing as ruler-government after they too, metamorphosed into a pseudo-one ruler + Democracy where the people ruled together with their ruler or king, but they chose themselves as turning into the inheritance of the government, called themselves to be of the nobleites of long-ago noble descendants. All other people are just free servants to the king.  Notice here, tha Pavlov conditioning became a wished condition inheritance by all of these descendants. On other lands, the ruler, self-proclaimed king, for they descended of nomads, tribes, and chief warriors, are still ruling on lands, and still negating the usufruct of the land to its dwellers cuz its all for them, the descendants of those old rulers, now selves-called kings.

Democracy was born out these nefarious rulers, many people either left those lands, or killed its rulers but on some other lands, some of its people took over the ruling and declared themselves what we know as Presidents. In a Democratic land, it is the people who chose a President. In some other lands, there is someone who take over their ruler, then turn themselves in a kind of President, but in reality, is a self-proclaimed ruler (king) who uses the very old way to rule.  Cuz in today twenty first century, most people had acquired some form of knowledge, they recognize that the old form of governments, from century old, does not permit to its land dwellers to enjoy the land they live on.  They then try to install a Democracy but, the self-turned ruler, kill them, incarcerate them and usufruct the rich natural land that is part of the inheritance of the own dwellers of the land.

Democracy is the only solution for them, millions of enslaved people, to usufruct their land.  Democracy had been turned by those rulers, as the enemy of its people. Their dwellers are denied of their natural ownership of the land and are kept under deep ignorance of what is the 21^st. Century: Usufruct what is yours, in accordance with yourselves and international rule of not only respecting yourselves but respecting other foreign lands.  Invasion is not a solution to happiness but to a nefarious or wicked form of survival of the fittest-way of living.

War is done for self-defense, not making war to take over, other lands. That is part of a Democracy. Nefarious lands, do war and make war all the time, sooner or later when “it is the time”. As did kings and one-self designated ruler.

“it is the time” …now, for Democracy. And the time is now.
