The practice of Extradition laws is based if the foreign
country decides to extradite after their own courts deem so. Any country could not accept a petition under
consideration if they feel doing so under whichever reason, logic and decision including
if they feel it violates their internal laws and if it is based on HUMAN
RIGHTS.

...the CCP made an internal law which interprets the law of
any other country to be subordinated to the law of China ...in other words:
China made a worldwide law that is applied to the world.
The whoever controls the Nation State of China has the impression
that they are controlling the whole plannet!
Any country can make at their own space, their own laws and that
is true. So, what to say of China's law, this one? That China's law makers are
psychopaths, nothing less, nothing more.
