…and Russia government sets its sights on US resources. Russia is logged in most of US institutions be them small individual institutions (private) or Large communed institutions (political).
Russia feel it has not the need to copy US blueprints, they use it to build theirs to destroy the products of that. China copy them, build them and are getting ready to fight them. Why?
Russia has great scientist that work for pennies, they are patriots, not greedy individuals, they are comfortable to work just to enhance and protect their nation, they are guided on that and are well protected by the system as well as their physical needs but, Russia has malicious hackers guided by its President. Those hackers can travel whereas the please, got money provided by the secret Russian service. All they need to do is just get an airplane ticket, go to France, Spain or England, could go to Germany or just to US and play low, get a low profile, buy a computer, hack a wireless connection, download specific softs and install their own USB critical softs, some of them in micro cards, with the capacity from 128 to 500 Gs (gigabit). Now they go to work and hack, hack and hack …after, turn off the laptop, and move away to places to enjoy life. Most of the time, the compu is destroyed to pieces. They save the micro cards some place for other to pick it up and transport them to Russia. That way, no trace left. Use the data or wait some individual or governmental department talking on the news or not. The damage had been done.
China doesn’t do mostly that, China uses the data to create and enrich their militaries, not their civilians. Uses the creation to confront US. One more thing: US does enter their system but, find nothing of their hacking for the reason explained above. Got it?
…they are ready to put down most of US infrastructures whenever and wherever they please as needed.
US do have the same capacities but take no actions ‘cause have no “proof” yet constantly attacked onto USA infrastructure, US Democracy.
…still more (as said by Google), yes, still more: US most politicians know zero on “Secret Wars” which slogan was written in a cellphone, expecting US would know what it was, no one paid attention. USA Congress wants facts, which will never would get them. So, what to do:
…start attacking their main infrastructures, bring down some small cities’ electrical grills, small airports and some of their military bases. Increase the attack until they get the message. If they do increase attacks on US, it means: they are the one. Then send a massive hacking attack to their largest cities, go on and on and on a full attack to their infrastructures; secretly, put all marines and air force military on quarantine, but land military forces yet on guard, just in case.
…force Russia and China to ask US for a top-secret meeting of their generals and US, the top ones, to make an unofficial cyber truce, this is, to halt any cyber attack to any of the nations in the meeting. No President in it, strictly militaries, they know a lot of this hacking even they are instructed by their Presidents, this is top secret on “Cyber Security” generals are permanents, mostly, Presidents are changed (in the USA) and that’s why.
…if the above doesn’t work, let’s go to nuclear war and destroy all of Russia, China and US.

In USA, there are too many mediocre politicians that have closed mind or better said, they are close minded. They are in any level of USA system: Fed, Gov and Cities, even in small political institutions. They practice the “WHO CARES” way of thinking. Here the problem:
…if any institution a person is registered in order to use their resources, mostly with the mass media, they, in order to enrich their coffer, sell their user data, all of it, with the “pre-conceived” condition that they, the buyer of the institution user’s personal data, is not going to use that data against those users, users are in the millions. So, telemarketing starts that way. People from all over the USA get annoying calls offering of things. People get so many calls, the so call robocalls, that they are afraid to answer calls, and have to keep watching calls on their phone screens to see if it should be answered or not. People are distracted on their daily routine work, people, many times turn off their phones and turn them on just to make a call, missing so, very important personal calls from families, friends and places doing businesses with them.
Where Russia and China come in? They come in here:
Russia has a lot of malevolent hackers, they have nothing to do, but hack. In Russia, as long they don’t bother Vladimir Putin way of government, those hackers are not bothered by the gov on the contrary, they have to serve the interest of the system, those hackers are not directly rewarded by the system, those hackers are permitted to keep whatever money the can extract with their work, so they do. That’s the reward. Sometimes when Russia needs them or one of them, they are sent abroad, given sufficient money to travel and stay some time abroad and havoc whatever they been assigned to do and travel back to Russia. In Russia, they become slaves of the system, they are secretly sent abroad to do different missions, go abroad, but kept blindfolded who sends them. See the case of one who was arrested by the Italian authorities, US wanted Italy to send him here to USA, Italy refused and was planning to send him after his sentence get fulfilled, he died in jail …hanged “himself” …Russian’s agents did that?
When in USA, they keep a low profile, know how to get money via hacking and have sufficient money to survive in this super expensive society of US. Mission accomplished, go back to Russia for more instructions or keep a low profile doing their business as always; if Vladimir Putin see that, internationally “his” hacker get to be known, he kills him, or better said, “it”, the hacker, disappears.
China is
better organized, here we go:
…China has
special military institutions designed to hack, internally and/or
externally. That is very well known by
USA …’cause US has a system that in order to accuse anyone, there must be facts
included, if some one kills some other, assuming he did kill, and that some one
is nearby the dead corpse, but the one suspected of the killing, has no guns,
knife or any thing used for the kill, with him or her and the tool to kill is
not found …it is still found guilty by the
State District attorney whether he’s been miles away from the corpse or
not, if certain things are present: the person is black, is a Latino, is a very
poor individual and has a lot of criminal records yet they are not of the type
been accused of, still the man is found guilty.
It had happened many times yet decades after the criminal, the real one,
is found. Got it? In the case of politicians, they don’t buy
any logic on the reasoning even said by expertise, that there had been any
collision between a national politician and a foreign nation, whether it had
been in the national election of this nation or not. Whether there is evidence that a foreign
country has the will to invade other country and manipulate US Democratic
System. There is no proof of that,
‘cause in Cyber War, what Vladimir Putin calls: “Hybrid War” and I mentioned
some more than 7 years ago as “secret war”, there is no proof of hacking, but
the realities shows: USA airport computers went blank, some time ago; long ago,
New York City had a blackout, of course, it was attributed as an overused of
energy in the city, but now, New York City has much more use of it than before
although some energy grids had been added, less and the consumption of energy
is said to have improved a lot by utilizing new much better device for that
purpose. Don’t buy that. New York had another black out after
that. US never had concise details of
that happenings, it remains not explained, in the unknown, just attributed to
over consumption, just that, and that was enough. But for a District attorney, been black is
enough; for Congress, the CIA, the FBI or NSA can’t port facts. When this computer was destroyed, there was
no fact who did that, it cost me over a week to rebuild its O/S using tricks
that Msft could restrict me of using but on the contrary, it consented me to do
that. As well as Google. I do appreciate them, thanks again. And there are no facts who did it on my
system. Then who? Was God? Was Russia and or China? In my personal knowledge it was China via a
hacker directly here in USA, testing his abilities, my system was chosen at
random, next would be NSA, or the CIA, even the FBI with total destruction of
their O/S, yet the data still remain intact in the system. Facts? The same as
God exists or not, the same facts. They
are not a Democracy, they will persist until Democracy is lost, confused.
