Creo que no todo el pueblo nuestro podrá entender lo mas abajo descrito. Creo que de todo modos, en Español tampoco entenderían el pensamiento que deseo presentar. Discúlpenme aquellos que yo podría herir sus emociones. It is the first time I listen to someone who has a clear perception of what Democracy is; a person that can communicate his thought well clear with real democratic concepts. Mr. Homero Figueroa, is not making strong or heavy revelations, he is, as understood in his dialog, expressing what is to be a politician who "understand POLITICS" WITH A WISE COMPREHENCION OF WHAT IT IS AND OR SHOULD BE. There are in the Dominican Republic, too many CHARLATANS, they are the so called "títeres or 'tigeres, in the Dominican slang" or opportunists that have a very low oratory, the oratory mostly understood by the majority of Dominicans that lack a good education for them to understand who is or could be a "good gouvernante or governate" (a person who respects the right of others and applies laws not been abusive and opportunist on the rest of the people of a country), again, due to their poor understanding of a social net or social fabric on which they live or are part of. Too many Dominicans act on emotions, not on reasoning but, on personal emotions.
