Yes, these private companies are acting as local government,
building private cities with the intentions of collecting taxes and submitting
its population to their own private laws but, first, to do that, the USA government
has to change the US Constitution that stipulates that only the federal
government can tax the people and make international deals with foreign other
governments.
Only local authorities, State authorities and the Fed
government can maintain public order, make arrests and sentence violators of
the public laws. It is clear any other institutions cannot do as such. One
thing is to keep order inside any industries, and another is in within a
population. What these private entities plan to do goes against the establishment
of book of laws of the USA. To dream is just dreams but to execute is not feasible
even if they do that in the Moon or Mars. Wherever a citizen of a Nation goes
as a group, they would be subject to the laws or special laws created by the people
of the land of origin.
