geolocation where they move, they reproduce by multiplying but are not seen as
real citizen of the geopolitical government. As time passes, they want to be
seen as citizens but, not as citizens of the old geopolitical structures but as
citizens let us say of their original location that move-in long ago. As such
they are not accepted but as part of the location, not as, let us say, Russians
or Bosnians or whichever language they carry. Then a revolution starts, cuz
they claim that geography as them. Geopolitics do not accept and might start
expelling them off the land they saw they were born. A war starts and that is
cuz on that time, they were all under the flag of an Empire: The Socialist
Republic of the Soviet Union. That empire, it happens, disappeared, it is dead,
and those ethnic groups start fighting amongst them to claim the location as
their geopolitical section. Most of them succeed becoming a country cuz they
were there first as the so defunct Soviet Union united them under its wings;
others remove those that were there first and take over the land (it happens
with Crimea of the Ukrainians).
Whatever is left of the
Soviet Union: Russia, start helping those that speak their language (Russians)
and does not recognize those that do not speak Russian. Then wars start
initiated by Russia, helping those that speaks Russian and erasing those that
not as it is happening right now as this has been written with the Ukrainians
ethnic group.
In Western Hemisphere, the philosophy is different: you are from a different ethnic group, to live here you get a permit or nationalize to be as we are. If I am Latin and came to the USA, either I remain here as part of this nation with the right to receive the same benefits as nationals, except electing its government or been part of the government. Latin ethnic individual (Latino or Hispanic) wants to turn to be a North American from the USA, you turn into that, you can vote and become part of the government. Yet, after that, everyone gets the same rights. USA has still been USA in that case even hundreds of years passes and whoever is born in that land of USA, is a natural born USA person, no need to give anything. Been born in USA, you are not considered American, you are American. Period.
See below the said above when some Easterners are educated within the Democratic Philosophy as their roots, they cannot accept anti-democratic principles because they are "just (from noble, understandable, sincere, trustful)" people with Democratic roots.

The only different is the
spirit that yet you are American, your roots are not denied to you, it is up to
you to decide if you like to speak of your root and keep your parent languages,
then you would speak both languages: Spanish and English. If Italian, Italian
and English, if Russian, Russian and English ...and the blah, blah, blah of
roots. Eastern geopolitical sections, its people prefer to be as the same as
their parents. This cause a big dilemma if their parents are from different
geopolitical section of the world. Here in the East, they want to conquer the
location that gave them acceptance. Here in the West, they protect the location
that gave them acceptance and they consider to be them.

East philosophy is not malleable, West is. It goes along, easily, with
Democracy: the law or norms of the people: We the people. The East is not, they
are: "our progenitors, they, our fathers.
Scientifically, Western Emiphere mix its DNA, creating a
natural preservation of the existence of human race.
Eastern philosophy, does not mix its DNA, therefore,
exposing its roots to be not resistance to exists and end slowly as it would
not survive reproduction at large, its population then tends to decrease,
slowly and ending with the human race finally.

their gene pool is so large, they are still mixing its different DNA until one
day it would stop growing large and will start decreasing or moving backward in
reproduction ...their gene sequence is much dominance than that of the Western
World. Western World is as dominant as Chinese and Indian but, because of tech,
it has been brought to a small brake as it purifies its DNA to be stronger to
illness. Notice how Covid-19 killed more of them than that of Westerners, it holds
better natural immunities, their geopolitical situation had been least
restitutive than of the Eastern ones. They, Westerners, cuz of that, had
developed much advanced tech, which is shared amongst them and escape to the
East.
