Presentation:

Upright descending rockets (first 3 rockets) near the moon North Pole (near iced pole).

Desc rockets contain all the materials needed to start assembling habitats: inflatable hubs, easy to assemble desks, playing wiring to use for communication, light, pull heavy things, building the structure to make tents and the likes.



Second: Upright descending rockets (3 rockets) next to the first 3 desc rockets) electrical motors with solar panels that would be displace far off the rockets and connected by the already existing wires from first desc rockets to the second desc rockets.  it contains too antenna satellites and some two-way communication radio wireless connection to any nearby astronaut suit to establish communication from a nearby astronaut to the second desc rockets and from there to Earth if needed.



Third: Upright desc rockets (3 rockets) containing space tanks full of fluid to supply any rocket for need of energy to do its work of launching.



Forth: Upright desc rockets (3 rockets) containing space rockets to be used to leave the moon and travel either to Mars and/or Earth



Fifth: Upright desc rocket (one rocket) containing a very large size inflatable habitat, with self-inner attached shelves, inflatable too including its pressure measuring gears, internal humidity and temp gears, radio-satellite communications.



And six: Upright desc rocket (3 rockets) containing medication, food, water and entertaining modern devices such as computers with satellite dishes able to communicate with any of the rockets on the moon and its devices, all, been them with water containers, habitats wall structures, kitchens, Earth, any man-made moon satellite orbiting the moon, Mars or Earth Command Centers.

Should contain its own encyclopedia detailing all the habitats structures, repairs guide and improving designs using tools already provided with each descending rocket (desc rocks).



A special desc rock containing many parts to assemble diverse robots-cars to move on the moon that could be, too, displaced on Mars.  It should contain lot of dry food and water too and containers to improve a lab to extra water, Hydrogen and Oxygen out of the existing iced water on the Moon.



All those desc rocks shall be established on the side that there is permanent light on the moon, yet astronaut could walk further to get solid moon ice to melt in their labs and make use of it as needed.



There must be a desc rock located on Earth, ready to travel to the moon to reunite with any already moon satellite orbiting the moon and ready to accept astronaut that would depart from the moon surface to inhabit any of those satellite with equipment to move toward earth and couple the Earth desc rock capable to orbit nearby earth and bring back the satellites orbiting the moon.



…all the above has to be done, long before any man is sent to Mars.  From the moon it is easiest to travel to Mars.  From the moon it would be easiest to supply any Mars habitat and provide help, 'cause the rockets on the moon would have much more power to depart to Mars and take food, water and oxygen to Mars.  Then return to the moon or Earth as the need would demand.  Few orbiting inflatable satellites must be placed orbiting planet Earth, the moon and Mars.  Astronaut could stay there if needed and wait for help or whatever they decide to continue or stay where it be: on the moon or Mars and not return to Earth.  Other astronaut could stay in those inflatable satellite doing scientific work, residing in them.

 This above shall not be made or created on country, it shall include countries like China, Russia, England and Italy, Spain, Holland as well as Australia in conjunction with the USA.  Why? To avoid this structure been attack by any means by any nation on the world, they all must invest heavily and have equal right to share all of those resources displace in outer space: its discoveries, its mineral exploitation, its science and each one should be established as a new space center with their own departments.  Do it know that USA already has its own: NASA.

Now, Mars could be colonized as well as the moon, be that by independent decisions of the makers of the space establishment said above, or by all those together willing to work together for more space exploration.

Done in any other way, whichever nation does it, is exposed to sabotage, hack intervention and even: wars.

Note: solar cells panels must be distributed all around any inhabita used by humans.
