Why not use this as the small satellite

Why not use this as the small satellite.

Three small satellite orbiting around the moon and three more around plannet earth.

One large and heavy (earth weight) satellite orbiting plannet earth and a second one orbiting planet Mars.

Purpose: the large ones send signal with stronger waves in such a way that the signal travel very powerful to be caught by the other large satellite, they are repeaters only.

The small ones are base satellite sender (of the signal originated either on earth or the moon.

As Mars move further from either the Sun or Earth, signal repeaters satellite could send the waves very clear and possible travel much faster due to the energy put to it.

Lithium battery accumulators or storage batteries devices should be using to guarantee transmission in case the solar panels of the

large satellite needs repair and function as astronaut

get to them for repair instead of launching a new

large satellite that would be too costly.

Either from the surface of earth or the surface of the moon or from the surface of Mars.

Storage satellite containing water and/or food should be part of the Large Satellite.  Astronaut could stay inside of one Large Satellite and get Oxygen and water of which Oxygen is create right within the Large Satellite as order by command by the astronaut before he/she gets there.  The Large Satellite would be made of one inflatable one then furnished with lab equipment, food and water as well as auxiliary cosmonaut suits.  Including a rocket to travel back to earth and be capture by a small earth ship orbiting this plannet and waiting for the astronaut to arrive.

The vehicle with the astronaut would be a RAM vehicle as described in back long-time explanation of moving vehicle in space.  Will explain, later what a RAM is. And how to build it: it is a simple machine as a space motorcycle that could travels at 17,000 miles/hour, that the astronaut could use to get into any Large Satellite and wait for recue.
