For anyone to know.

For anyone to know.

...I see, as far as I understand, that one thing is to protect the public and the institution that gives a so-call blogger the opportunities to publish an educated opinion, idea or theory or just a comment than taking the user, the blogger and other personal info or data and sell it to a third party for profit, exposing the user or blogger endangering his/her life or safety.  I understand too, that selling the user personal data, do harm the user environment.  Stated in this way: companies calling the user cellphone, home phone, just to offer a product for the user to make a choice when the user is at peace at home or at work ...it is HARRASING the user.  And the company making a robot call or not is inviting the user or blogger to buy a product; such a mentioned company might be causing the user/blogger to pay for that intrusion of the robot call or not, money for the use of his/her phone-per call or time on his/her phone; aside, taking the user time for something he/she is not interested or have time to deal with.   And that is the main thing pursue here: privacy.

P.S.: after certain famous web institution sold their users data, I received hundreds of calls directly into my cellphone, even in the Chinese language.  Had to buy a phone to block unwanted calls, had to take my time to programme it each and every time an unwanted call came in.  That is a burden in my life I don't want to be doing that day by day, week by week, month by month years by years.  That is a very big burden to carry on all the time.  I just put this example not because of me, I do so because of the millions of people that are going and went through this harassment: Common people, Doctors, emergency rooms in hospitals, Senators from the Congress of the United States and worst of the above: people living in the USA that are exposed to be killed as they reside in US by Russian spies, by Chinese spies by dictators.  Be it known that USA is a big country that always had opened its hands to help those that seek asylum on the land of the FREE.  Even government authorities working on the protection of this nation are at risk or were at risk for that done by the web institution not mentioned here in this paragraph.  You know that.  Don't?

In the USA, if any spy agency from abroad of from inside our nation wishes to spy on any citizen, visitor or whoever uses the internet and pays a due for the right to use it, be it known that Russia, China would hove access to their privacy and whatever is related to them based on the way some companies permit the user to use their resources in reference just to watch things like the service given to the public by Curiosity Stream of which part of its work on the public who pay to use such a service is exposing the user privacy to China and Russia: Via third parties affiliation to Curiosity Stream.

This is that: Russia could, which they had and exists actually, establish business in USA land via a private company which purpose would be to distribute documentary, information, news and the likes as is the situation of RT located here, and based on this below forced agreement of CS, collect info of any Russian individual living here in USA be that individual a Citizen of US or not.  Then trace that individual whereabout and kill him/her or know when they travel abroad or comeback to their new land: USA.  It just happened in Europe that Russia trace the exact location of a former Russian spy living in England and poison them to kill them just to send a lesson to their own spy of what they would do if they become “traitors” to Vladimir Putin.

The USA congress doesn’t know a letter of computing, this is, mostly congress politicians.  The National Security Agency, NSA, doesn’t instruct at all, any congress politician of how the internet works when they, the politicians, want to get data of how the internet works.  It was seen clearly the ignorance of those congress politicians when they innocently questioned the owner of Face Book who make mock of their knowledge, yet he exposed millions of people privacy data that were used for a third company who bought right to use data collected by Face Book, just to make millions and millions of intrusion telephone calls to people Face Book had their data.  And still the same situation continues, so all USA companies are updating their way of saying on their users as seen here, and the user if wanted to enlighten his/her knowledge, has no way to avoid their spying and nations like Russia and China and others, any nation, could spy any of US via this specific way said here, mostly cookies and Web Beacons.  They are trying to change, as of now, the way they wrote their contract, this is the way they presented so they could accuse me that I change something and that that is illegal, be it a comma, a period or any gramma of them.  So be it!

Even the New York Police just opened a big search on all New York Citizens, totally secret, with no reason at all.  Work that pertain to the NSA and other legal governments institution to protect the existence of this nation that is under constant attacks by Russia and China and once by North Korea.

It is of vital importance that secret national spy department instructs web sites like this of what and how to extract data from their users and what data shall not be extracted for it impose a burden to US citizens from any States.

…and USA congress to start enacting laws to punish any web sites that sells people’s privacy not needed for them to protect their web sites or give a service to their customers or customers to-be: people browsing the internet or CS web site.  This site and other most sites, if the user does as being done here in this “observation notes”, break their code of the suppose contract versed right here as done right now, and place beacon and cookies to destroy a damage the user computer.  It is then Msft that has the tenuous work of upgrading their creation of Windows 10 in order to protect its users and keep the sale of their software producing money.  But they do that at a cost, most of their software has to be continuously updated in order to give a good service to their users and still sell Msft software abroad to other nations.  Be it known that Msft do use a lot of cookies and beacons, but they use it to protect the user 100% not to sell the user data to anyone who does business with them.  It is not an easy task, it is a burden, but business, a decent one, is business and they have to exists …that’s why Google lost billions of dollars when it was forced to move off serving the Chinese people in mainland China; then China created something similar to Google to serve its own people and spy themselves its own people to protect the Communist system to exist forever and ever …and for things like that, Democracy is loosing territory around the world.  USA tech and European Tech are continuously copied by Russia and China.  This below type of contract is the cause why USA would be always and ever spied from others abroad perjuring the USA national security, for this companies do unnecessary spying on their own nation and then sell it to the best buyer: anyone.  Face Book is the best example of all said here.  As of now, this CS or whatever they want to call it, is copying what’s said here, and they have no right to do that based on their contract with me, but they do it, right know they are copying letter by letter my clicks here using beacon.
