...which nation doesn't do that?  Well, if their tech is not well implemented and their eco is too poor.  Yes, not all nation uses its air force to fly anywhere in international air space.  When a person is walking on the streets, do they prohibit themselves to move around on any public street or highway?  Do you or I do that? I've never seen in my GPS not to pass by a specific street -well, in Brooklyn New York, some local governor is issuing summonses to the public that cross their town by car unless they live there ...wait and see: someone is going to sue that local governor 'cause is violating the constitutional right of people on free movement on public property.  If I wanted should go by and sue the local governor.  Possible the governor is a Russian citizen.  No?

The Chinese navy repeatedly warned the U.S. Navy P-8A Poseidon plane to leave airspace around disputed islands in the South China Sea. "Foreign military aircraft, this is Chinese navy. You are approaching our military alert zone. Leave immediately," a Chinese naval officer warned the U.S. plane, "Your action is unfriendly and dangerous. Please go away quickly."

U.S. Sailors assigned to Patrol Squadron (VP) 45 conduct flight operations aboard a P-8A Poseidon over the Spratly Islands in South China Sea, May 20. VP-45 is on deployment supporting U.S. 7th Fleet operations in the Pacific.

...solution: US should build an artificial island too, invite tourist to visit the first international artificial island for a stay; cheap cost for 3 days: 500 dollars, food included. 7days, 700 dollars: food and luxury room as a king or Queen stay.  Any Capitalist investor could join as a CEO, except Russians or Chines, it is a private business assisted by the USA air and marine force in international waters.  Let's keep a destroyer nearby with few ready to fight airplanes to protect that international investment from any nation intent of destroying this new Capitalist business.

...'cause can't do nothing, with the mouth, nothing can be done.  Words, just words; by the way they speak a sloppy English.  Or are they speaking in their native languages (they have hundreds of them).  Oh, no! They are hungry ...lunch has not arrived yet.  It sounds like an empty stomach, looks like when you put a microphone on it and have some diarrhea.
...World War 3 is a must, 'caused by Communism, Socialism, Dictatorships (be them religious or not) and Extreme Capitalism: they all converge into a war.  Democracy, then after, will be regained around the plannet.  Humans don't comprehend the value of life until they don't see their closest One losing "life" and see their own going the same route: down the hill into the abys.  The new generation after 2047 will be a total different one.  A Democratic Society.   As of now, doesn't exist a Democracy but a lot of Pseudo-Democratic Nation States.  Just to mention one: USA, it is an Extreme Capitalist Democratic Nation State as China is a Communist Capitalist Nation State and Russia a Dictatorship Democracy.  The only hope is Europe, which seems to be nearing a truly Democracy, but not yet.
