'cause me no lawyer

…and [‘cause me no a lawyer], but just using the understanding of compassion, sincerity, and logic, I am in totally disagreement with the “sentence” emitted by whichever honorable judge took the above legal decision of sentencing a federal officer to a third-degree assault.

…Why? It was an accident.  The fed officer didn’t have the least intension in hurting anyone.  The same as if someone is driving on the street and obeying all transit laws and a pedestrian crosses the street at which instant is hit by the mention car.  Does the driver of the car is sentenced the same as the fed agent been sentence?

This is an analogy of mine “‘cause me no a lawyer” and if the law demand that sentence to be issued, the law has to be reviewed and perfected for it to be a sound law.  Period.

…I’ve seen, all the time: the police make a report and the driver is let go home, never call back to testify and the car insurance pay according to its terms.  Why our Honorable Judge took such a decision?
