...false statements or animal abuse?

People should beware of sites that promote animals abuses and still make money out of it.

...it could be saw as an abuse to point any object to someone else dog to make that dog do something without the owner’s permission ...ultra sound emits in a frequency that bothers an animal ears, when a dog notices that if stopping its barking, the sound that hurts its ears stops, it stop barking ...all this done without the owner permission is not only violating someone else right, but animal abuse.

...beware if someone is secretly abusing your dog ...instead of complaining to you.
