...this essay, power point presentation or analysis on deficits in USA vs. China, put it much clear to me that USA loses from one side of the business wing, but win on the other side of the business wing. It is a win-win situation. I agree with this essay or whatever could be called here.
Now I understand better on the prejudice that China got with that of "made in China", but there is a but worth to mention here, pay attention:
China is a cheap labor country, their products are exported that mainly benefit the super-rich investors; super-rich investors are people that have different nationalities whom do their investing power under the USA global industrial laws, many of them don't pay taxes to the USA federal government and many time pays a penny to their countries of origen, for there, they are foreign industries ...they work as pariahs, their game is not assigned to any nation, but to their own interest, they carries "no flag" and hold "no prisoners", this mean, they applies any economy of rules of the nation that best benefit them ...depends where on earth their ships duck to storage their "made in China" products then to be exported to USA: they are pariahs investors-industrialized group of companies that most of the times "merge" to circumvent a law of any given nation.
Now, notice this: "as said here" in this "essay" (?), if USA stops manufacturing its products in China, at which China gives super incentive to foreign investors, most times a 20% return of all the capital lost by those industrialized foreign-Chinese related industrialized people, which then becomes a profit for the investor ...then USA would not make any difference with the so-called "deficit", for USA then would move to other countries to continue its manufacturing businesses, for, it is very profitable for the super-rich industrial capitalist (the this: "super-rich industrial capitalist" "essay", is not mention in this way, but it is inferred as it congruence in the whole of it), would not make any difference in its so-called "deficit" with USA. -'cause the same situation will erupt "as is".
True it is, very true. But there is another but worth mentioning here: USA would be much better protected with the international law of copyright that China copy right, this is, copy all devices diagrams, procedures and new technologies and discoveries with a 'copyright" stamp on it, and use them to duplicate foreign devices to be use for their military ever growing forces and use that against all nations around the corner of the plannet, all of nations as seen in their sophisticated improvement with their military arsenal, without the consent of its creators ...and that's a fact.

...USA does the same thing, but USA pays the owner for its copyright ...and the owner or creator get well paid and could modifies its diagram to be use on devices for peaceful purposes as would be in the microwave for kitchen business. I know of a program, which wouldn't mention here, that was acquired by the USA military, it is a tip of the art in tech that previously was use as a software on computer systems, not needed for computer system, but widely available. The software just went "puff" off the internet use and ended up in "not to say, top secret". It is widely used by the USA military and is of vital necessities for the protection of this nation. US didn't violate any copyright; its creator was an American individual, they or he "gave" it to the military and removed it from the internet, the military gave them or him big money for that. It was... "not for anyone to know" advise to the pentagon to use that. They did, went and succeeded with it. Thanks God of gods it is ours and stay with US, not them.
...another case: a software engineer created a hard to design hydraulic miniature pump, very powerful, if not much powerful than a very big hydraulic pump. That device was and is been used for military war planes, a large one is, first, too heavy and second, too big to fit in a military flying bird. The military didn't put much attention to this invention, used it and forgot about the creator. China lured the American engineer to travel to China in a private industry. The engineer agrees, went there and work very hard to recreate his invention in USA, just out of the mind, again. It took him almost two years to achieve that. Almost finished, he disappeared and two months after that, was found hanged in his hotel room. His cadaver was returned to his family here in the USA. No copyright, no money after all and China is, actually, using that miniatured hydraulic pump to maneuver its war birds; if not, China would be behind the USA in tech related to fast flying warplanes at super speed exceeding Mach 2 speed:

Individual per capital income has increased, level of education has
increase and level of happiness had increased.
Be it known that that increased position in the social environment is
manipulated by their government which controls each and everyone human
inhabiting their territories: Capitalist communist regions. If seen VS. Democracy, it seems that
Democracy is falling behind, wrong, if compare to USA, the USA has a Capitalist
democracy, not a Democracy per set. It
is such that Capitalism is in full control of Democracy. Capitalists run the USA government. Capitalists run State governments and
Capitalists run city governments. Senators,
Representatives and other authorities responds to the interest of Capitalists
much easily than responding to the interest of the rest of the people: Democracy.
Now,
if China and USA are compared not using a ratio/proportion, it happens that
China has a higher and/or better proportion than USA in respect to progress. Permit me to put this example: two human
population with distinct home geography: population X and Y. Population X’s individuals have a total of 10
people with an income of 1000 dollars each per year and Y with 1000 people with
an income of 10 dollars each per year… X population makes 10,000 per year and Y
population makes 10,000 see here that the Y population, with its people in a
greater amount but with a lower income makes the same as the X population; this
is, the larger and the smaller X and Y population makes the same amount of
income per year yet the smaller one has a lesser purchase power. The Gross National income of both is equal,
so the taxes gain by both of them are the same in amount yet its population are
not in proportion. China is using that
money to improve its military, not the well living of its people and its people
are improving by themselves its well living that in turn is visible in its
society for now they posses cars, private lands, homes lend by their government
and they, the communist nation, can have a family much more robust than before,
for their government force them to remain with the same family-union as
traditionally known, ‘cause it’s a dictatorship. The burden of the cost to maintain the family
together, in X population runs under their government pockets: X population is
much socialist than Y population which is supposed to use socialism in its Communist
system, dictatorship enforces rather its military than its people. Democratic states carry an eternal burden ‘cause
its money is easily distributed on the super-rich capitalists not on its majority
of its population.

stop theorizing, hear the facts: China is growing in power, thanks to Western
extreme capitalism that is giving to China the opportunity to build, create and
sells things done by the investment, at the beginning, of the Western extreme
capitalists. China learnt fast, very
fast and added to its Communist System: Capitalism with a large dose of
dictatorship. it is just a new
industrialized nation lacking any protection for its workers. Extreme Capitalist like that. The interfering of Unions decreases the power
of enrichment of the 1% which as a rule of thumb, in reality is much more than
1% to more or less a 5% of the Western super rich population.
China
permits Westerners the facility to exploit its population which all together is
about one and a quarter of a billion people.
A large group of people with hunger to work under any situation for them
to accept as long as they could earn money to support their family. They are trained, historically, to work for a
cash doesn't matter what its value is if they can bring food to the family
table.
Communism
gives them only one choice: work first, get pay later, ask no questions and go
home comeback tomorrow for more work, if not, somebody else takes your position
at the factory. This mean, no bargain power
for the workers or no union to exist here.
Their
dictatorship government control every single movement of the people of China if
it is in concern to its political government.
Otherwise, you mind your business, and I, the government mind mine. The government is the law, the government
dictates what to do. It doesn't discuss
what to do, just dictates it. All the
opposite of any Democracy. Capitalism is
its book, Communism its laws. Period!
