Many people, a lot, want to emigrate to this nation …and too many are doing it illegally while United States authorities are committing human abuses intending to stop that type of immigration toward USA.

Any nation has the right to limit immigration toward its territory, that permit them to control its population as needed based on its social and geographical situation but abusing those that try to enter illegally is a human abuse; so, solutions must be found as the same way as respecting the individual involved in this situation.

Countries like USA have special point of entries and embassies located all around the world that can deal with this situation of entries.  The problem is that the USA is not reviewing the congruency of its laws as needed on this time with nations around US.  People wish to come here to find a job, to support their family, to live in a country that based on its laws, guarantee a life with future for its people, a country that is always debating and improving the lives of its inhabitants, all.

Many nations surrounding USA, are in some way or the other in a social and economic chaos at which nations there is no light at the end of its tunnel.  Their governments don’t bring solutions to their own social problems and instead, make them worst.  Some of its citizens, due to the information technology learn that this nation has a much better standards of living.  It creates on those citizens the wish of traveling to USA and set ground here.  The USA has laws the same as they have it too, but too many of them want to migrate to reside on this land.  They are mostly poor abused people by their own system.  Many are native Indians that are heavily discriminated on their own land.  Other people are from far places, but they are not in a very large quantity as those very close to USA border. It is creating an unbearable demographic mess in US and an unsustainable increase in its population.  It affects things as: planning of schools, building of homes or houses, creation of hospital as well as the calculation of the police force needed to keep peace and order withing its population.  It is known that those immigrating to USA are hardworking people that do most of their jobs without demanding the just pay for their labor due that most of the pay here is much greater than whatever pay they could get on their place of origen; in their nations, politicians steal a lot of money supposedly to be use to benefit their nations constructing streets, schools and hospitals aside that too many of them are incompetent politicians that dedicate their time to default their own government and protect themselves, sometimes by breaking the laws and using their influence to enrich themselves, their families and close friends while the rest of the population go hungry, unemployed and uneducated …true is that that is not our problem, but US could deal with them by sending some of our industries to make goods on those countries to help improve their economies, but US don’t; on the contrary, US send our industries to far away nations that are already turning into been strong enemies of USA.  Our own Democratic Nations, US abandon them.  Many are turning socialist and are going toward an economic abysm with no hope to find a better life for its people.  US don’t care.  Other countries very close to US, ignore their own Indians, discriminate them and let a lot of drug be sent to USA as USA send lot of guns and ammunition supporting those individual that keep those nations in chaos.  Our laws, that of USA, don’t favor the better-ness of too many Latin Nations but far away nations while they menace this country by conquering other nations seas and lands.  USA support them and based on that mess of politics, US is being forced to build an Iron Wall on USA frontier that is too costly instead of doing that and revising USA immigration laws.

First thing first:

·       …any person who entered USA after the year 2,000 should be denied legal residence if they entered illegally if any of the below situations doesn’t apply to them.

·       Any person who entered after 2015, illegally, should be approved to stay in USA for six (6) more years, with a permission to work during that time.  Time starting after the approval of this said here and leave the country thereafter giving off his/her rights to be admitted into USA thereafter.

·       Any person who entered into USA, illegally and still in the country, shall be deported but given to leave the country, voluntarily and given the right to stay for two (2) years if no criminal records exist against them and had not been found guilty.

·       Any person who entered into USA, illegally and still in the country, shall be deported after been seen by a judge who would take whichever consideration on the illegal immigrant in relation to whether his/her spouse is an American citizen or legal residents to see if existing laws for the illegal immigrant supports their stay in USA and could get a “Green Card” to qualify to stay here.

·       Any person within the above situation with an American Citizen child shall not be deported but six years to stay given to the person, then, if living voluntarily after those six years, could apply for a visa to return to the USA either to be reunited with their children or bring their American citizen child together with them.

·       Any person within the above situation with American children, or children born here with birthday documentation that prove it, could apply for a waiver to stay to care for their children, but leave the country as soon as their children turn eighteen (18) years old or twenty-one (21) years old if the child is still going to school.

·       Any person who entered this country with no reason to stay here, shall be immediately deported to whichever port he/she chooses in his/her country of birth.

·       Any person of the above shall be penalized with the payment of 15,000 thousand dollars to 18,000 thousand dollars for crossing the border illegally, sum to be paid in amounts divided by its granted stays in this nation but not exceeding 20% of his/her income after taxes and child coverage to support their children but not less than 5% of their income after taxes, rent, and food and child clothing to cover living conditions of the individual or family.  For this situation the law that cover public welfare is the one to be applied here, if not, the federal gov shall create or use its own public welfare laws, create the needed ones but shall observe the safety and care of its American citizens.

·       The rest shall be deported as seen and decided by a judge been the judge a federal one or not.

·       Anyone entering after the year 2015 and thereafter this law, shall be deported and imprisoned no more than 3 months down to no imprisoned if having a minor child under their or his/her care.  It is the judge to take such a decision …shall take into consideration special situations as merit in the case been dealt with.

·       No immigrant under the above circumstances qualifies for public welfare for 10 years thereafter.  Not its American citizen whom fall under the full protection of the existent law for American citizens …and any law made for American citizens.

·       Fifty percent  (50 %) of any penalty created by this law, shall be destined for the Federal Government to build the Wall between Mexico and USA.

·       25 % (25 %) shall be dedicated for immigration to be use as needed to avoid illegal immigrants entering and/or re-entering USA.

·       Entering illegally to this country, would affect the person ever to enter to the United States of America by denying future legal entries.

·       Any undocumented illegal person to stay here in USA, and affected by the above rules, the rules applied to them shall be those that least affect a child if the child is an American citizen or has an American citizen spouse.

·       If an American citizen marry any undocumented immigrant illegally staying in this country, and the marriage had been agreed beforehand as a business-like deal, not a legal husband-wife agreement as the law demands, both shall be sent to jail based on the law used to punish such a false marriage agreement.

·       Any one that doesn’t fall under the above law, the law applied to them shall be any existing law as of now and determined by a judge.

·       Anyone could appeal any of the above laws if the person is over 16 years old and is advised by a lawyer or counseled by a lawyer under any USA tribunal and/or the person is over 18 years old and wants to represent his/her family, but under legal advised on the law.  If the person is 21 or over, the person has the right to represent the family involved here.  It is advised that having anyone with experience in the matter of immigration be consulted.

     A person who had been deported  after submitting the person under this closure of the law and re-enters the country shall be suggested to three years in prison ...mandatory unless a judge determines otherwise.

·       The above could be changed by the Congress of the United States of America after reviewing the President observations.
