The history of a desperate man, a
dreamer of been an emperor and not been that, but an irrational man the same as

mostly in poverty because its cities, not the rich part of it, but the poor
part of it, doesn't receive the proper maintained needed care.
Most of the money of the gross
national product of the Russian people is used by Vladimir Putin on warfare
material to maintain an army just with the pretext: to protect Russia sovereign
from been attach by other nation.
There was a time that Russia lost
all its capacity to protect itself, and it was around 1992 until Putin got to
manage the interest of the Russian people ...and no body intended to attack
this nation at all.
...that's why Putin is more of a
dreamer who behaves as an emperor as Bonaparte, invading other nations and
making himself a billionaire or better said: a super-rich man while sections of
many cities, towns and suburban places of Russia dies in poverty and the money
taxed to its people is mostly diverted for war material not really needed while
its bureaucracy of government administrators tax, illegally, anyone who goes to
them for a service supposedly to get from their government and judges.
Poor people, when their suffering
will stop. It is up to them to put the limit and stop this hyena of
Vladimir Putin. I wonder: why Russian generals are so complacent to this
iron irrational man of Vladimir Putin.
