The governor of Montana, Greg Gianforte, signed a bill on Wednesday to ban TikTok from operating inside the state, the most extreme prohibition of the app in the nation and one that will almost certainly be challenged in court. The ban will take effect on Jan. 1.

“Today, Montana takes the most decisive action of any state to protect Montanans’ private data and sensitive personal information from being harvested by the Chinese Communist Party,” Mr. Gianforte, a Republican, said in a news release.

To protect Montanans’ personal and private data from the Chinese Communist Party, I have banned TikTok in Montana.

The caprice of a man who feels he owns a country. A man that invents history or that is confused with reality? Why does Russians have to suffer so much in decades come and decades go? Why do Neighboring countries have to suffer along? Do politicians know of Napoleon Bonaparte? Is Bonaparte considered a hero or a mad man? So will be Putin a la par with Stalin and Mao Zedong plus others. When will Russia had chosen humans each and certain period of time, chosen by its abused people, abused by just a man, just a man!

The Kremlin's envoy to the annexed territory of Crimea said the U.K. risks being destroyed for its decision to supply Ukraine with long-range Storm Shadow missiles to assist in its fight against Russia.

Georgiy Muradov, permanent representative of Crimea under the Russian president, told Russia's state-run news agency RIA Novosti in an interview published on Friday that the U.K. may be turned "into a devastated territory" following the delivery of the weapons to Ukraine.

On Thursday, Britain became the first country to supply Ukraine with long-range cruise missiles. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has asked Western allies for long-range missiles for months to assist his country in defending against Russia. The Kremlin has warned that providing weapons capable of striking Russian territory could lead to escalation in the war.

Simple to understand: Quantity is how many units there is in a group, let's say, forty coins; and quality is the value of each coin. So, see it now: forty pennies are quantity, but ten bills are quality if each bill has a value of one hundred pennies, in number, forty pennies are greater in unit: forty pennies still need sixty more pennies to have the value of one bill. Ten bills, therefore, has the value of ten thousand pennies. See here that even the amount of 40 (in pennies) is less than the amount of one (in money bills). Here, unit of ones, forty times, is less than one unit of ten in one bill.

...that is why if to a child, let's say, 2 years old, you present to him/her forty cents in a group of coins and one dollar bill, alone in the opposite side, the child would prefer to take the coins than the dollar.
