Sorry, but it has to be known that the USA justice has no
clemency in applying the law; sometimes it is too harsh, not only with the black
community but as I see the President talking on that, also with the white
community.
Remember that once the Prince of Great Britain came to visit
USA, he expressed the same or similar thing I am saying here: that USA law is
too tough with its people, he meant too hard; it means too abusive.
Permit me to think …is
the USA law made to punish member of our society that commit abuses toward
others, a mean to really punish and teach the violator to respect others or are
USA laws a sarcasm created by inconsiderate abusers that find a valid reason to
abuse abusers? Got or understand what it
means? Abuse the abusers. That the way laws are created in the nation,
for instance: does it makes sense to punish or sentence a criminal to two perpetual life sentences? Or to give a 40 years old man 200 years jail
sentence? Would not be sufficient to give
a 40 years old man a sentence of 60 years for a horrendous crime? A person that commit a crime, and is 40 years
old, would get out of jail at the age of 100.
Don’t you think that person would not be repeating any crime after been locked
up for so long? Or is that the person incarcerated needs medical help cuz his/her
conduct indicate that they have mental problem and spending time in jail would
not suffice for the individua to learn good from bad?
…but I feel the same as the President just said. Sorry for that. A man who had lied to any authority and
sentenced to jail for 7 or 9 years, and the man had not killed anyone, beating
no one, should go to jail with the same amount of time as another man that
kills? Think that is a grotesque exaggeration
of those that apply and/or make laws.
Applying that type of terms to people that had not kill
anyone, beaten of torture no one, is a practice of dictatorship-abusive aristocracies
and of maniac governors.

to God”
