China must be helped by the international community or the international community is going to inherit China’s Rcoronavirus (COVID-15) -Rodent coronavirus.

Local and national Chinese gov are nervous and they are taking solution which are political in its senses, not medical solutions …and that is the product of desperation, not incompetence, so, the international community via the United Nations shall unite and extend its scientific solution directly to this nation that’s going through very dangerous situation that will affect all of the world as a whole.

Here the solution:

A colour map is to be drawn presenting location infected or not from red (highly infected, based on the amount of deaths and amount of people infected -vivid red, very high % of deaths and very high % of infected, to light read lesser high % of death to lesser high % of infected- people.

Colours should change based on the amount of % of death and infected to high yellow to low yellow and so on until ending in green zone, these are safe zones even it could contain some small spots of the other colours and last the dark blue to light blue colours which are zone far away from been contaminated.

Now, the government should improvise some military vehicle and paint them exactly the colour of the zone to be use for medical work.

Those new improvised “red cross” vehicle can not and shall not abandon the zone where they had been designated to be and move around.

Any of the drivers of any of those “red cross” vehicle, could enter a buffer zone which is the zone that divide where two zone meet.

No police or military personnel could approach any of these vehicles, except the drivers of those vehicle as they dress on the same colour of their respective vehicle.

At the zone, the load carrying the medical supplies is left there, the next truck of the receiving zone, moves its truck head carrier and engage the left load to be carry toward the next zone which cycle is repeated again.

A military drone would be watching the movement and if any local authorities intervene stealing the load, they could take action as order by the Chinese gov and its military to safeguard the load (example: land and engage protecting the load as order by higher command, the military shall carry high protective military medical uniform in order for them been able in doing the act).

This way, the government of China, its highest authorities, has direct control of the medical supplies as well as they are in direct communication with the local government or authorities where the medical load is been deposited.

…if any of the local authorities disobey the higher authorities, they will confront the government and could be label as traitor to the nation (cuz this is a national emergency).

International donation could be swiftly conveying to the higher authorities of the nation of China.

The United Nations could collect as much medical supplies it could; the USA, France, Italy, Spain, Russia and all the rest of the world could channel the much needed medication, medical uniform, medical equipment and even medical personnel if China accept it after making arrangement with whichever international group be them private institutions that could render their services to the gov of China or international red cross or whatever could deal with the problem and offer its services to the Chinese authorities.
