How to create a comfortable, enclosure, earth room temperature in the Moon and Mars.
Create and enclosure or make a cave either on the surface or underground. Small extractors already in existence on Earth could be launched directly to its Moon and large propane gas tanks or oxygen tanks could be landed on the Moon that could be used for different things as to fuel those small excavator devices, while astronaut study its poles for water.  A very small nuclear plant has to be ensembled on the moon to provide energy to the astronaut but instead of using water, it could use inert gas passing through channels to cool that nuclear rod and then heat the astronaut habitat.  Enclosures should be created on Earth’s Moon first, then transported to Mars.  It cost less cuz the energy use to transport from Earth’s Moon to Mars is less.  If something is needed to upgrade any procedure use to make any device on Earth’s Moon, it would be easier to bring it directly from earth than been on Mars and bring it directly from Earth.  Earth’s Moon is a must to be worked first.  Not only that, astronaut could accustom themselves living on Earth’s Moon and be returned to Earth itself in just few hours than in months from the moon.  Minerals could be extracted from Earth’s Moon and worked to build rockets to move onto Mars by construction via 3D printing devices.  Many 3D printers could be transported directly including basic raw material from Earth, use to improved those already 3D printers for them to keep working.  This is very important until 3D printers start creating things no longer needed to import from Earth such as part door frames, strong bullet proof glass to built the first habitat then from that first habitat to build raw devices by the 3D printers to be ensembled to be annexed to the first habitat.  Enough food and water have to be storage while astronaut work on the discovery, extraction and exploitation of the Earth’s Moon’s water and building vehicle to move around on this satellite.  First things first: solar panels, water, food and the construction of a habitat.  The ensemble of a large 3D printer and the used of an Earth smaller (still large) printer which would build that larger 3D printer part.  Stationing a rocket to take astronaut from that moon to its orbit which would have a ISS’s moon with enough supplies and attached rockets-modules to depart back to Earth and even dock to Earth’s ISS, as needed.  Communication via lasers from Earth’s Moon to Earth’s ISS to Earth.  Between Earth’s Moon and Earth’s ISS there should be two or more ISS with enough fuel, food water and uniforms too feed any need that could arise for the astronaut.  Then, after the infrastructure get solid established: depart from Earth’s Moon surface to built a habitat on Planet Mars without sending any rocket from Earth to Mars.  Earth’s Moon would be like a factory creating things to be used on Mars and sending precious raw material to be used on Earth and even on Mars (meanwhile).  Important to know: icy rocks could be enclosed, melted and its water transported to either any of the ISS orbiting Earth and/or its moon and yet downloaded onto Earth’s Moon to sustain astronaut in that moon while it is figured out if it is possible to get it directly from the moon itself, if not, well, keep getting that from icy rocks “floating “ around.  Final observation: those reusable rockets could transport large quantity of raw material and left on space for a special ship to pick them up and distribute them to assigned ISS and most of them to be shoot to Earth moon, later to Earth Mars.  It, the building of that infrastructure would not take too many years cuz different nations would be assigned different responsibilities basic to feed this Plannet of very needed things used for us such as human organs, precious minerals, scientific instrument, engineering devices, hospital tools (labs to study infectious organism as of now the Rcoronavirus or Covid-19 and AIDs, building of pure sterilized organs such as hearts, lungs, ears and noses, even veins and arteries to be implanted on humans down here on Earth, artificial blood cells, computing devices and the likes according to its needs and difficulties to make on Earth).

    2.     Cover the inner layer of the 1st. layer with tubing made of pure asbestos, well compacted one to the other along the distal opposite point of the cave or enclosure.  First on the Moon, then on Mars.  Earth Moon would serve to send 3D printed devices to Mars, sustain an astronaut fleet ready to depart to Mars as needed to substitute those already there and at first to go from Earth Moon to Mars cuz it would need less rocket force to move onto space and astronaut would adapt to undertake a further journey (to Mars) or return back to Plannet Earth in case the astronaut get sick, who knows, and cannot continue the journey after stay doing work on Earth's Moon.  The same enclosure built on Earth's Moon would be built on Mars.




   3.     Far from the enclosure or cave, guide a pair of tube that run into the structure and out of the structure blowing Martian air that is then guided into the asbestos tubing by passing through a very small nuclear plant therefore cooling the nuclear plant and absorbing its heat that then is going to warm to a higher temp the layers of the asbestos tubing which in turn will pass that heat to another non asbestos layer made directly out of Martian soil.  That same Martian’s air is recycled, cooling again and again the small nuclear reactor, the Martian air would move in circle, entering the small nuclear reactor and cooling it, then moving along to a section of the tubing exposed to open space that would absolve the cool temp cooling then the enclosed Martian air that would then pass again cooling the nuclear reactor. The tubing would be made to withstand high pressure as well as low pressure made first by a mixture of graphite and asbestos and supported at its exterior portion by strong columns of asbestos-graphite material with sensors to read its pressure and temp correlated with the external Earth's Moon temp and/or Mars air pressure and temp.  It is using only the low cool temp of Martian air to cool the nuclear reactor.  Tricky, no?  Remember again: the man made enclosure contains enough breathable air dispersed in the enclosure for astronaut to breath -at room’s earth temp of 75-77 degrees.  More ideas will be given later.


   4.     The heat gained by that final Martian layer will warn up the, either enclosure or cave which would contain a mix of air made of Oxygen, Hydrogen and some Martian air in such a way that the created air would be of the same quality of the one human breath on Plannet Earth.


   5.     Hydrogen and Oxygen would be extracted out of the south pole of Mars that contains water (supposedly).  Earth's Moon could have H2O too on its poles, air could be created to run into the built enclosure and/or cave to feed them.  Astronaut would be living in there and doing further experiment running AI which would be guiding those devices made on Earth's Moon just to guarantee would be running the same in Mars.  If it fails, it could not be built on Mars and more devices could be sent to Earth's Moon to be use on its surfaced enclosure or in its cave.  Then repeated on Mars.  Earth's Moon is a must and shall be conquered first as immediate moving to Mars, why?  If first it fails on Mars, going again to Mars after correcting the device is too costly and would create stopping colonizing Mars for who knows a century or more.  Earth Moon is a "shall be conquered first", aside, it could be exploited faster than Mars cuz its proximity to Earth.


   6.     The enclosure and/or cave would protect from harmful sol radiation hitting the surface of Mars and even from small pieces of meteorites hitting Mars surface.


   7.     The enclosure and/or cave would be big enough to permit the storage of earth ensembled machines which parts would be made right on Mars using a “truck size 3D Printer ensembled on mars by humans that would first live on open ground while they ensemble those machines and do work creating or constructing the enclosure of cave.


   8.     Humans would first live in special camping houses ensembled on Mars, made of special material taught enough to support an object that would hit it at the speed of a bullet; it would hold the bullet not to penetrate.


   9.     The first human to land on mars would choose the location where to build such and enclosure and/or cave or both where successive ships would land and bring all the above things mentioned here.


   10. Second landing would be made of astronaut the would initiate the constructions, set the system to receive more landing and start from there on using artificial intelligent to build the location and continue receiving more landing of rockets designed by Elon Musk.  The first rocket would stay in Mars just in case any astronaut has to use it to depart back to Plannet Earth.  Note: there must be, first, one or two orbiting ISS around Mars containing enough food, fuel, medication and astronauts uniform to be used if from there it is decided to disengage and rocket to Earth Moon, get inside Moon’s ISS and depart to Earth and or stay on Earth’s ISS to rest and continue to Earth itself.


   11. Direct shooting from Mars to Earth is not advisable cuz in case of an emergency escape, astronaut must stop, refuel, change uniform and receive either psychological or biological care to continue to Earth unless they themselves decide otherwise.


   12. In ISS Mars station there should be a couple of astronauts to receive and serve those leaving Mars in case of a need.  At the ISS’s Moon, the same and at the Earth’s ISS the same.


   13.   At each stop, the astronaut leaving Mars in case of an emergency would be evaluated, feed and care reporting the situation to Houston waiting for them here on Plannet Earth.  Note: for that reason, is that conquering the Moon and Mars shall be handle by international private and governments of different nations.
