It is easier to buy from China because China produce whatsoever with "don't ask questions, give me the money, you get whatever you need" and China maritime fleet is not and does not ship whatever any buyer wants to be ship on vessels that are the only one permitted to carry loads in and or out from China as done in many Nation States, USA, Europeans Nations, even from Russia, Australia and the likes. A ship park in Chinese territories, a ship loaded ...no questions what your flag is. USA ship out, ship in products on any ship as long those vessels belong to only and only registered vessels owned by a World Shipping Monopoly. If I get, assume, halve a billion dollars investments in vessels of which doesn't belong to the like-mafia association, my vessels are not loaded in/or any most ports around the world. It is the monopoly that extremes super riches business people have on importation and exportation. China sells, exports and ship in whichever foreign vessels the business person takes into their ports. Not only the "Western countries" associated mafia-like vessels. Another thing. The benefit received buying in China, are greatest than if buying in any Democratic nations. Oh! Below here, I’m not talking about them (below here I’m presenting facts).  All I want to tell is different: USA is in a state of stupor discussing the way our President behaves.  Our President is distracting American minds while Russia is taking advantages of that and almost about to invade some more lands of Ukraine (all the North Eastern section of that nation bordering Russia’s territory.  Vladimir Putin strategy of the so-called “hybrid war” is working.  That’s why, as a fact of that hybrid war, I demonstrate here, that US and many nations citizens are distracted.  Instead of seen what’s going abroad with the real risk of NATO going into a large conventional war with the Russian Federation and facing a second front in the South China seas with the Chinese government, USA, US, The United States of America, is distracted paying attention to all those worthless thing President Donald J. Trump is saying, and facing the own American government, his own gov, distracting all of US while Russia takes that opportunity to invade other nation.  Then, what with China will come down in the making of their combined attack with Russia to the USA?  Is Europe in the same situation as US? US, EU and Latin America VS. China

US, EU and Latin America VS. China, Major Asia and the South China Sea nations: Tech competition on the last. Tech creation on the first.

In America, US is, as well as Canada, the creators of tech.  In Europe, Great Britain, France and a little of the others as Italy are the creators of tech, one much more than others.

In Major Asia, China is the only creator of major tech, Japan not included, and all the rest are tech consumers.  Japan is been set aside by China …has no business to deal with China due to historical crimes committed by Japan against China and it doesn’t forget.  Japan is quietly set to stay alone on tech production.

US and EU …not including Latin America are tech creators VS. China alone, a tech producer on the plannet.  "They create, and we produce".  This could be a logo to be attributed to China, that's what I think they, China is thinking of the rest of the world.

China is growing big and bigger each and every day.  One thing China been using since President Nixon accepted China in the business empire of USA, is, China copies whatever the rest of the world creates and reproduces that copy in devices to be sold to themselves and all around the world.  There is a big and really difference between US, EU and them the Chinese Nation State: the price and its ethic.

Things created and produced by non-Chinese industries contains a lot of details in its functioning and complex mechanism in tech: it contains copyrights, ethics, human rights and manner of use; all that regulated by laws elaborated by Westerners, they are politicians educated under the philosophy of Human Freedom and Human Greed.  China on the contrary: produce whatever Westerners invent, no copyrights, ethics and human rights in it; all that regulated by laws elaborated by a stern governmental way of ruling it ...of which its politicians (the Chinese) follow one rule: the philosophy of Human dictatorship and Human sharing.

‘Cause in the first philosophy, things produced here makes it too expensive for, each and every step involved needs a lot of energy to be used for its built and it ends with a higher cost, aside the builder greed makes it much and more expensive.  For instance: a medication produced in a Western Nation State could cost up to $300 dollars, the same produced in any Major Asian Nation State could cost, at the most: $3.00 dollars. But, there is a but worth to mention here: in any Asian Nation States if the consumer is hurt by using their products in their lands, the consumer can’t sue the producer nor demand to its politician to update its law to protect them; and if the politician wishes, they arrest any big device producer with no due cause, just like that and accuse them of any thing up to treason.  Once anyone is arrested, they loose all their constitutional rights, even if a lawyer represents them, the lawyer too could lose his/her constitutional rights cause politicians bend the law on their favor.  A politician is above the law if the politician fallows the law.  They are the law made human, It is an irony, no? Like a god or King.

The benefits receiving or possessing cheap devices in China is followed with the user been intruded in their human rights; and the benefits of receiving or possessing expensive devices in a Western Civilization is followed with the user been respected in their human rights and the right to be protected by the laws as is.  These two manners of possession of devices created by techs, as seen here, differs greatly on human rights.  Just one problem: in the Western World, exploitation of the user is a  rule, a custom, 'cause super and mega-rich individuals control law makers with former politicians that advice other active law makers; they are called "Lobbyists".  Lobbyists work for the Mega-rich as well for the Super-rich people, mostly for complex institutions, its like a mafia legalized in a Democracy.  Industries and or individuals out of the Democratic System are not accepted.  A business located in Russia or even in China can't do what a like-business from any other Democratic Nation States does: France, Spain, England or Austria, whichever of them, could invest in any Democratic System, exploit the region or the like location.  China is setting its gear to revive its old decade Silk Road that existed in 114 BCE to 1450's CE. They expect to give a major blow to capitalism existing in Democratic Nations; that is in Africa and all of Asia with the so-called Silk Road that will be extended to all of Europe.  That way, USA power will be bended to its knee until it falls by its own weight: Extreme Capitalism supported by "Lobbyists" in any Democracy.  Remember: China is a Capitalist Communist Nation State thanks again to President Nixon that opened the door for them.  Just observe world history including mostly its economy, its wars, invasions and revolutions and you would come to the same conclusions enumerated here by me, I, myself and my id. -that's why I sent so many warnings to the Democratic System ...with no attention paid here.  Everything said is plotted in: "Plot" subtitle: "a dialog with Flag".

...now, what's the point.  The point is that America was built by immigrants and still been built,  they are still coming to US, work very, very hard.  Thanks to them US is what it is as of now but, there is a but worth to mention: few racists, closed minded people and mostly with lack of knowledge, historical knowledge and low in the understanding of who is doing the tech work on behalf of this nation, are disliked by them racists.  Just to mention the tip of the iceberg: most computer engineers are immigrants, they are either US citizens or residents of USA, but their origins are not from this land.  They work hard, they create computer programs for mainland US and the military but most of their parents, friends and close other relatives still live abroad in their land of origins, the USA president wants to expel them off USA, American Tribunals halted him and later killed his intentions as they interpreted the American Constitution, its Magna Carta.  This is just a very small tip of the iceberg; the rest of the iceberg is that the whole thing, devices, and things of utilities is made by immigrants ...including one of the greatest genus of the plannet earth: Albert Einstein; the father of the creation of the atomic bomb: Robert Oppenheimer and all those that worked very closed to him too.  They all were immigrants.  Don't feel offended, my apologies if, but American born, very few helped in the making of any tech that contributed to the greatness of USA; they, mostly all had been immigrants.  Europe had and still has very extraordinary scientists, there is no need to mention them here, just see their last huge invention: CERN, Western World's people study since primary school until they graduate with a University Degree, those inventions, discoveries and formulas are used in scientific and tech work.  Immigrants were all of them from their own European regions, not from here the USA.  Some came here but most are from Arab countries and from Eastern regions.  Many of them are creators of such companies like Google, Microsoft, Tesla and so many not to mention here, 'cause that would take a lot of written pages which don't "wane do that.  The President of the United States of America doesn't want them here! ...the same as some racist too, don't want them here 'cause they, mostly, don't know what I am telling here 'cause are ignorant in knowledge of science and tech.

The contrary with China.

They had great people too, but 'cause they built the "Great wall", China existed isolated from the rest of the world, falling behind in tech and science thought they had too, very great people though were mostly warriors.  By final of 20th. Century and beginning of this 21st. Century, China dedicated its time to steal science and tech from the outside.  It first created a system that killed millions of its own people but, here my but that is worth to mention: Nixon open the door of the world of business for them to be what they are becoming now: a superpower. China was nothin but a nation in miseries overpopulated region, with lack of food, tech and the likes; imported and stolen tech opened a bigger land to them, it was such, they had to kill any newborn if it was a second new born, only the first one survives, if not, the parents were denied freedom.

With iron laws, China survived.  After President Nixon, China grew bigger -economically... such is the case that China is confronting Europe and the USA looking to control the rest of the world using its economy as a weapon, its industries as a weapon and its people as a guarantee of having a survival in case of a war 'cause China has same tech as US and Europe but still must consolidate that power ...they are desperate to confront anyone and wish to own the Sea next to them, all of it.  Russia's doing the same thing, but practices a wrong strategy.

...I tried to write in Wikipedia.org how did the United Kingdom turn its name to Brexit, after writing a lot about their mess, Wikipedia.org rejected my essay 'cause they didn't know what I was writing about. I explained: "about the change of name of a nation known as Great Britain! They, Wikipedia.org burst in laugh and responded: nooo! Brexit is a pseudo name that means Britain exit from the association of the European Union turning all of them into a federation. I could not understand and just scratched my head and responded to Wikipedia.org: this people are making me crazed, 'cause I don't know what they want. I will talk with the prime minister of the new Brexit state to go back and regain its old name. I think the King of all of them should intervene and fire the Prime Minister. No? Wikipedia.org hung up the phone to me and told me if I ever insist in publishing such and essay in their site, they will remove my membership out of the site. Now I am still much more confused: Isn't Brexit the new name of former UK? Hope Prime Minister of Brexit explain it to me. I call so many time to the Embassy of Brexit, all I get is a busy tone. What's going on with those people? They are making me crazy!

Yes, am I a scientist?  No.  Then: have I any right to deal with climate change?  Yes.


Warning to plagiarists: I spent countless hours (months and months) observing on natural phenomena; I took these observations and concluded the above explained below …and to support it, used direct scientific observation extracted from Wikipidea.org …used direct scientific observation of other theorists that had posted their scientific observation, scientific opinion and highly educated theories on You Tube.  I claim no right to their theories or multiple educated observations but do claim my own scientific observations here, my rights.  A person doesn’t need to have a diploma in engineering, Space-astronomical diploma (dr. in Physics) or any thing as a doctorate.  All what’s needed is knowledge, acquired knowledge and understanding of that knowledge to support their own findings.  That already happened against me when I described what is “Space Time”. I did explain what that is, but don’t know how, scientists attributed my observation on what it is, they, scientist said, was defined by Einstein; he never spoke on that, he neither thought of that.  I used Einstein theory of Energy is equal to mass times light squared in order to support my finding of Space Time.  But some not well-informed scientists or individuals versed in Physics attributed it to that historical extraordinary eternal man called Einstein.  Why? I think and keep my words that some scientists are what I call: “scientist of books” or better said: “Book-Scientists” that are not capable of thinking by themselves but memorizing formulas, reciting formulas and not been capable of scientific reasoning by themselves.  So, they turn into plagiarists by repeating as a parrot other scientific observation as either belonging to them or to someone else.  And it hurts very deeply in a person who makes scientific observations and use other scientific findings to support their observations as I did in “Space Time”  …permit me to make some correcting to those “Book-Scientists”: “Space Time” is the same all the time, just to make a comparison: Space is the first name and Time is the last name as in a person of which they carry different names but are the same person; example: Albert Einstein, different names still the same person, it is not: Albert-Einstein or Einstein Albert or Albert and Eistein.  Got it?  Please, respect others scientific observation and so give to God What Belongs to God and to Caesar What Belongs to Caesar.  Thanks for your attentions.

…if so, let us start right here with my understanding why Climate Change is not man made yet climate change is real.  Well, it seems I dict and contra-dict myself, but I don’t.

Plannet Earth (a planet inhabited by humans, if not, then just a planet) had gone through many stages of evolution that humans could compare with its own evolution from a simple cell organism into a much complex cell organism of which stages on thousand of thousands of years human evolution had gone through.  It had been said that first it was the prokaryote non-cellular unit that turned into eukaryotes cell unit.  That transition took millions of earth years.  So did and still doing, climate change.

Earth orbit at its trajectory around its star (the Sun), makes that the starlight from its Sun arrives this plannet at different intensities and therefore it hits earth surface giving to it different degrees of warming to very a very hot one, its temperature.  And its solstices together with earth orbit trajectory creates its seasons (four seasons: Summer and Winter and the ones in between: Autumn and spring).

As seen from Earth, the planet's orbital prograde motion makes the Sun appear to move with respect to other stars at a rate of about 1° (or a Sun or Moon diameter every 12 hours) eastward per solar day. Earth's orbital speed averages about 30 km/s (108,000 km/h; 67,000 mph), which is fast enough to cover the planet's diameter in 7 minutes and the distance to the Moon in 4 hours.

On Climate Change, there are natural factors, here shown, that caused the change in global froze and warming.  Nuclear-explosions experiments had created a very small variant in “normal temp" changes that are affecting Earth seasons but are not causing that earth fluctuational changes eliminate human beings, just changing its known habitat regions climate phenomena from one type of region into another type of region, this is, to much humid or much dried regions seen in the amount of rain falling on the plannet and its temp.  It is not causing the so-call climate change or its greenhouse change moving toward glacial eras. 

What will cause glacial eras is the position of the Solar System in respect to its Milky Way Galaxy.  Earth will enter a full Glacial State of a few billion years the same as it was before some billion years ago and then will re-enter back as it is as of now millions of years before humans were created on its Earth surface as the Solar System moves around its Black Hole, its center of the galaxy.

Earth wasn’t created at the same time along after the star-Sun’s was created, there were few planets created along, but Earth and others around the solar system the Sun System.  Planet earth was an errant planet that passed by this known solar system, it displaced planet Mars to a further orbit and accommodated within: 149.60 million kilometer or 92.96 million miles from this known star: Sun.  Mars was catapulted further by the gravitational Wave force of planet Earth (its gravitational waves which waves pushed Mars out off its position as the same if some one throw a heavy rock on a lake on which in its surface it has a chunk of wood floating on it, the chunk of floating wood is moved some place further from the falling rock on the lake as it just fall nearby the piece of chunk of floating wood until it, the wood, stabilizes some other distance, some place else.  As Mars got too cold, its center core got cold too, 'cause of that Mars lost its magnetic field that used to protect it from cosmic waves.  Then the cosmic waves took its turn and evaporated Mars surface water although some remained underground and some other water in its poles ‘cause it was frozen, was not evaporated by winds, space microwaves and all those gamma rays.  As Mars center core cooled, Mars gravity decreased to the least.  Other planets in the known Solar System, no matter its sizes, keep its center core melted and ‘cause they are so far from the direct effect of the Sunrays, it waters got frozen yet its under frozen water remain liquid due to the greenhouse effect created by the upper top iced water or any iced gases on its surface.  It is like a thermo: frozen on top, liquid in between its center core and on its top sometimes some water of liquid hot gases spring via an orifice to the surface of the frozen top as it cracks; ejecting liquid water on top as slowly the very bottom of the iced water melt too, a cycle.  Mars couldn’t do that, it didn’t have any external nearby large moon that would create a gravitational pull of its core to keep it soft and hot, warm enough moving within its center and then create a magnetic force with that large moon to yield heat to keep warm its water, but instead its water evaporated due to the circumstances of its position and lack of a large orbiting satellite to help it doing that above said.

The same as today Plannet Earth is located, there are other planets that have life in it ‘cause it went the same procedure as planet earth did.

Note: Mars has a large meteorite that orbit Mars itself, so it is its moon, but it wasn’t created at the same time as the solar system was created, it came from some solo planets that collided and form the two well-known belts of orbiting within the solar system and the other mostly made of iced water orbiting the outer side of the solar system.  One of Mars moon is a large piece of rock catch by Mars gravity the same as this Sun catch planet earth which was a solo planet.  A solo planet, as I mentioned before, is a real planet traveling within a galaxy or from galaxy to galaxy, but it is grabbed by either the galaxy or a star and makes it part of its system, a solo planet might have a shell of frozen water.  And that is why some planets are totally different from other planets orbiting a star as this sun or even the moon of those planets differs one from the other.  If scientists pay attention, they would notice on the Solar System a planet which is full colour as if it were blue or green (green-ish/blue-ish), it is because its center core is very hot due to its orbiting moons, it has a strong magnetic field and very strong gravity, though it is too far from the effect of the sunrays, not from its gravity as a result its surface water remains in a liquid state with no clouds as when a glass of water is placed in a freezer at such a temp that if doesn't get frozen neither condense, but it has a bottom, an underwater surface, it has a sea of water all around it miles deep.

With all my due respect to this extraordinary people of all the lands of England, I direct my humble opinion to all of you …but first permit me to tell that I know of England since I was 5 years old.  I followed your tradition by observing your people behaviours since history was been made in your land.  My greatest respect and admiration to all of you including the richness of your culture and language.

The politicians of United Kingdom are taking one of the greatest decisions for the future of the next generation to come and continue been born in your land.  It is of the most importance that all of you, politicians, decide unanimously what to do.  But my opinion goes here:

On the first national election, United Kingdom decided to consult its people, and its people gave a vote of 52 and 48 percent.  Mathematically, it is a vote of 50/50 after rounding it off to its nearest value.

It is to say that a 2% decided the future of your country, which, in my opinion is not just or doesn’t serve the needs of the whole population.

Base on the above, it is a must, I think, that a second round of election be declare almost immediately.  The future of the whole nation depends of all of you as of now.

If the same phenomena of/or similar to 52/48 occurs, then the Prime Minister of the UK has the full right, by law and by popular votes, to dictate under observation of her Conrad’s politicians the rules or new mandate on how the UK should exist from now on …remember, it is the future of this great nation.

If on the contrary a majority wins in staying as is as of now, UK stays, and business continue as usual: not exit from the EU, but still better united to the EU in order to protect the future of what’s going to be one of the greatest federations in history with the capability to guarantee its existence for the rest of world history.  United a winner, separated a loser the same as in a marriage. EU will be the Gestar of a new civilization on the world.  A much and better one gestates a new man (male and female).

Of course, that it would take almost half a century for the whole of England to adapt to be part of a new commander, but UK will command from within, not from “without” of the EU Federation.

…yes, many things have to be solved, but they will be solving slowly as problems arises and applicable solutions taken as in the case pertinent at the time; remember, laws are not eternal, laws change and adapt as the people of a culture changes and adapts.

Political Clowns.


The problem with political clowns (a political clown, is, as I describe it, a person who is in real politics and likes to mock, bully or just attack with false argument any other politician who shows enough strength in the political field-arena to get and accomplish a social need for the community.  We seen many of political Clowns: in the case of the “birthday location of other politician” all political clowns second any statement said by any of them political clowns.  There are other political clowns too: those that guard with jealousy a social group and doesn’t permit any one else to even say a word, idea or opinion against anything is thought to be done wrong by that group, instead the “guardian” goes publicly attacking that “intruder” by denying any right of that “intruder to say, comment or even try to be part of that social group.

Politicians sometimes get confused on how to act, talk or even predict any social outcome for the society they want to work for.  ‘cause the other side would use whatever said against the one who said it”  One thing it is very important to know of the political clown: they don’t create any idea, thing or act to help their own social group; the just sit there taking a social position to enhance their self-esteem and appear to be the protector of their social group, they are not creators but plagiarists.

…calling names to other politicians is one of the main substances of a political clown.  A real clown who doesn’t dress as such but is a bully, a mocker and/or a trump for others.  The do have an office but don’t do any work for the community they represent.  Just seat there collecting a check for what they say they represent ‘cause “mother nature” gave them that position via their inheritance of the “martyrium” their family of the past went through.

The above is a description of what a “political clown” is.

Not going to mention the specific bank with which it took me over 2 or 2 and a ½ hours configuring a bank’s app that belong to them for me to use it again after been using that things for years.  I refused to downgrade my security in the app.

This went like this: hello bank.

“please give me your name.

I am “blah, blah, blah.

Mr. Blah blah, would you please tell me your account number?

Excuse me bank, which one: my debit/credit card number or my checking account number?

Your debit card number, the last four digits.

…they are: 4567.

Your address Mr. Blah blah.

…this and that in this zone and this city and this borough.

Are you the sole owner of this account?

…well, it is my wife.  I am the account manager.

Could you Mr. Blah blah put the account owner in the phone?

…am talking with our bank to restore the option to use their application in the cellphone to make a deposit and the app keeps asking again and again for the bank account code to open the application.

Mr. Bank goes thru the same process: name address, account number if she is the owner of the account, how many users are in the account and all the heck and blahs of that.

She answers each and every question, including telling the phone number she’s talking or using at the moment.  It took more or less 10 or 15 minutes interrogating my wife -the poor woman had difficulties answering ‘cause didn’t have her glasses at hands (misplace them), had to turn on a low level bulb with high intensity light (75 watts) and put the debit card on the opposite site of the bulb in order to see the numbers, couldn’t read well the last two digits of the card, so I read it for her and Mr. Bank on the other side said: Mrs. Blah blah, only you answer, I am talking to you, not him.

Sorry Mr. Bank, it is that I am unable to read the last two digits, the bulb light blinds me.

…after those 10-15 minutes passed, Mr. Bank asked my wife: how may I help you madam?

…please, talk to my husband he is the one responsible to discuss the situation with you.

Mr. Bank: gives me his name.

…it is Blah blah my husband.

Mr. Bank: do you accept that your husband discusses the situation with me?

…my wife looks at me, frustrated and say: yes Mr. Bank.  Then gives me the phone to me.

Mr. Bank: what’s your name?

…I wanted to tell Mr. Bank: fuck you! And hang up, but didn’t, just remained calm.

…I wanted to tell Mr. Bank, fuck you.  But remain calm: Mr. Bank, I am trying to use your bank application in order to e-deposit a check, and the app asks me again and again for the security code number, I inserted but it goes again and ask for it.  I think that the bank is no longer recognizing this code or might be I am writing the code wrong in some way or the other.  Would you help me?

Mr. Bank: would be a pleasure in helping you.

After 20 minutes trying, the app didn’t open.  That’s when the f…ck Mr. Bank decided to tell me.  Let’s get a different code.

…after spending about 7 or 10 minutes do working with the said, I decided to let go of Mr. Bank and suggested that I’ll continue alone and thanked for the help.  Mr. Bank ask me the f…ng question, is there same thing else I could help you?

I continued with the app, placed a 20 digits alphanumeric code.  Then the situation turned ugly, the app said, sorry, we encounter a problem, try later.  But first it accepted the 20 alphanumeric code and told which specific codes could be used.  I followed its instructions but kept a total of 20 alphanumeric codes.  It was when it indicated to me, they had an error, to return later.

When I closed the app, it asked my how much I like it and evaluated.

…here more or less the answer:  (wanted to advice that the IT people who created the app, they all should be fire! But didn’t)

I marked: minus-minus or negative-negative (double negative) the evaluation (it was from a double negative to upmost to a plus 10).

It asked me my opinion and I did say something like this: this app is a fiasco, it is one of the worst I ever seen.  It asks me to choose only _, . @! and small and capital letters and numbers.  I followed instructions and still it doesn’t work.

…you Mr. Bank wants users (clients) to use a strong password and still this app doesn’t accept a strong pass even the user follows instructions.  I think that the security of the bank is the same security of the user, it either of them don’t built a strong sec, the account is at risk.  First make sure that your IT persons know how to build the Bank app in order not to expose the client with the risk of loosing money and then you, the Bank, use the scapegoat that someone enters the account ‘cause the user didn’t place a good enough strong sec, so as to step aside on your responsibility with the user.  I told that bank very heavy educated words, I was tired of trying to open the app with a new code.  Couldn’t cause the IT managers expected users to code the app with simple passwords …simple passwords could be easily cracked today’s day with these advances in tech as of now.

Banks should create or improve their system, how? I have a lot of ideas, but they don’t pay for ideas.  Just one idea of mine would solve this problem above enumerated.

I wrote the above here just for you onlookers to see how difficult it is to do work with a bank via a phone due to impostors that wise to rob other people money.

...I'm getting tired of seen each and every day the same scenario: finding new witnesses that Mr. Trump collided with the Russians. Politicians, lawyers and people from the fed testifying as witness of Mr. Trump colliding with the Russians. The FBI, CIA and NSA testifying that Mr. Trump is contributing to the Russian cause: "hybrid war" ...and Mr. Trump, with just a couple of words dismissing whatever: it's a lied. I didn't know that a President of the United States of America could ruin the whole US enterprise with simple words, and that suffice. Wow! am starting to belief that a President in US is above the Constitution of USA. I'm starting to belief that the best way to protect yourself if you associate with the mafia, black market and or the drug carter (as in Mexico) is to work from within a high political gubernatorial position next to the President. Am sick of seen all that been the main plate of the day in Latin America; I got that for I am Latino-American and feel so disappointed that after embracing the American Nationality, didn't know was embracing the same thing I run away off: abusers in politics; that Democracy is in decadence and that dictatorship as well as Socialism and Communism are the future of US in the surface of this plannet earth. Democracy had become a theater of which the rich could protect themselves much better than in other socio-political entity.
