What exactly is DARPA?

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency has taken Planet Earth to the future. Most of its innovation had given to advanced Nation State the technology needed to improve its people survival by bringing new ways of doing things in all scientific fields. DARPA had been the survival of the fittest, as Darwin wrote, that is making this Earth survive to support its population that had reach an extraordinary number of billions of people. Of course, if it is our creation, the first benefited out of it, are the Nations that belong to the Occident. USA is making people’s Democratic nations feel proud of it has been, this is, its existence. Yet most of DARPA creations had been shared with non-democratic nations, via trade, it has been done so cuz DARPA has no frontier in sharing science though it has been force, in some cases, to withhold its creations in order that evil nations use it to exploit and abuse its people. So, those nations intent to hack or steal DARPA creations and not paying for the effort in research and too, to protect itself from been attacked with its own invention. There are humans of good will as well as humans of evil will as be notice in dictatorship of government. But good will people are not gods, nor bad will ones. Though bad will people has turn evil against its own people and other foreign people they govern. DARPA had been forced to avoid providing certain tech to them in order to protect world population in general. And that is not an easy task, as of now, they had menace countries to be destroy even though they annihilate themself.
