What is there, here above?
The United States Naval Laboratory is intrigued in knowing how human melanin is created in certain location of the body, so, they are making research on that but, in a low G earth force or weak G, the so-called microgravity. I think that the best place to do that would be if ISS, instead of destroying it as it has been planned, should be moved to a geolocation around the earth's moon to continue making research, and on the moon, once humans be set to resided in it, even temporary, continue building on it, the ISS, the Mil start using the new one already under design. NASA to use instead that of the ISS, as just said, moving around the earth moon then. The Mil, to use the new plan satellite orbiting near earth surface (250 miles off this planet) to be built cuz that is for national security and the data shall not be shared.
Too, the best primordial melanin to be used to grow made melanin, would be the Gorilla one cuz they are the ones most similar, if not equal, to human melanin of the eyes and skin. It is a costly work but most of the research could start here, on the near surface of earth, then continue in the weak microgravitational G force of the moon. The U.S Naval Research could own the ISS satellite and continue giving it maintenance instead of NASA. The ownership could be shared amongst NASA and the mil. A USA F 35 a military aircraft, could be feat to travel there at the nearby new satellite and load material or even move the thing to different orbit as needed, of course, the F 35 military airplane would need shorter wings and its top and bottom surfaces would have to carry the new solar cell electric shell to absolve energy out of the sun light that would make them lose the capacity to be used for war game, it could be taken out to space by been carried underneath another air plane as already known as of now. All this would be good as more for 20 years of use, utilizing the same A 35. All said above already exist, just make same changes here and there. Let's save money by not destroying costly space devices but improving its use. Upgrade the use of those things.
Then it could be called, the ISS located near the moon surface: Moon ISS, it would be of a saving life for future astronaut staying on the moon.
