Wish to understand if the Constitution
applies to all USA states.
If so, anybody with a permit to have a gun, can take such a gun to any part of the USA territory. Need not have a permit issued by any other state he/she goes to. The permit issued by he/her home state shall be valid within any location of USA territory if the person staying in that state has not been there for more than six months. If after six months, the person should renew the license just for the purpose to show the new address, but the permit cannot be denied cuz other USA territory authorized the person the constitutional right to carry a gun which cuz the constitution gives its people that right and it, that Magna Carta refers to all of the USA lands, unless the person has any other legal document that shows that same person is already living there once pass the six month stay. Remember, the USA constitution applies to each and every state.
...other things many states do not follow: a license to have
and buy land (s) in any territory of the USA, shall be issued by the Federal
Government. Just for demonstration purposes, if a foreigner who is not a legal
resident of USA, wishes to buy any land in the USA for commercial investment,
it is the Federal government who can issue the right to that investment-commercial
entity to invest in the possession of land but cannot do so, that entity, if it
is from a foreign government investing to possess any part of land of USA.
Shown above, I want to prove, that many USA's state
governor (s), do not follow the "We the People..." rule of the land.
The above is just one of the reasons why anyone who is going to be appointed to a governmental office by election, shall get briefing of the Magna Carta before taking office.
