...money pay or jail pay, is the title: few billion dollars summons (from court sentencing if found guilty of "conspiracy", attempting to overthrow a legal elected government, creating revolt in the population and other type of sentence a court could find this woman guilty of; if there is no money to pay, then jail sentence with time in it, would pay. So, other people watch carefully if they find the need to overthrow the government using totally false accusations damaging the credibility of other legal established entity and taking it out of business.
