Senior Chinese official Yang Jiechi met with US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan in Zurich, Switzerland on Wednesday, with the two sides agreeing to take action to bring China-US relations back to the right track. The two sides had comprehensive, candid and in-depth exchanges of views on China-US relations and international and regional issues of common concern. The meeting was conducted in a constructive manner, which was conducive to enhancing mutual understanding. Both sides agreed to take action to implement the consensus reached by the Chinese and US heads of state on Sept. 10 in their phone call, enhance strategic communication, properly manage differences, avoid conflict and confrontation, seek mutual benefits and win-win results, and work together to push China-US relations back to the right track of sound and steady development. Yang Jiechi pointed out that whether China and the US can properly handle their relations bears on the fundamental interests of the two countries and the peoples and the future of the world. Cooperation between China and the US brings benefits to both countries and the world, while confrontation will cause serious damage to all, Yang noted. The US side should have a deep understanding of the mutually beneficial and win-win nature of bilateral relations, and have a correct understanding of China's domestic and foreign policies and strategic intentions, the senior official said, stressing that China opposes defining China-US relations as "competition". China pays close attention to President Biden's recent positive remarks on China-US relations, and has noticed that the US said it has no intention to contain China's development or start a "new Cold War", Yang said. China hopes the US side can adopt a rational and practical policy toward China, work with China to respect each other's core interests and major concerns, and follow the path of mutual respect, peaceful coexistence and win-win cooperation, he said. Yang elaborated on China's solemn positions on issues related to Taiwan, Hong Kong, Xinjiang, Tibet, maritime issues and human rights issues, and urged the US side to earnestly respect China's sovereignty, security and development interests and stop using the above issues to interfere in China's internal affairs. The US side reaffirmed its adherence to the one-China policy. The two sides also exchanged views on climate change and reginal issues of common concern. Both sides agreed to maintain regular dialogue and communication on key issues. Reply: ...yes, but, there is a problem: Human rights.
Human Rights is not interfering in any other Nation State. Human Rights is the understanding, the respect and the enforcement of natural endeavor within a living creature of the kind of men and women. It is the preservation of the existence of all people of this plannet, by not exterminating them, nihilating them by submitting this special specimen into authoritarian suffering directed into itself, its family and friends. Pursuing the enrichment of a group, family or individual that goes in detriment of a commune or social group. Exposing those things above mentioned, is not intervening onto a geopace geographical Nation State (the location at which a group of human are raised and live and dedicate their lives until they die. ...wherever a human lives, that human has rights. No other human has the right to punish or force that human to obey his/her feelings if the human involved is not harming any body else and is pursuing a life of peace and freedom as the person exists with others. ...any country, Nation State, or individual that try to impose his/her will upon others by destroying those or that other life... it can not be said, if other social group criticize them, that they are intervening on their geospacial habitat and laws. Humans must protect humans wherever they be, on Earth or outer space.
