In other worlds, the President seems and acted as a great manipulator, a person that knows how to change the topics even though it was not his space to give an answer but Biden space. ...if I were Biden, every time am interrupted, would say: excuse me Mr. President, do not continuedly interrupt my answer using my time, please, respond in your time not in mine, got it? …and continue responding the question
