…UK parliament has vote twice against PM Theresa May proposition on her Brexit, she still insists on the same proposition even though millions of Britons oppose, and the Speaker of the house executed an order of not bringing the same scenario onto the Parliament’s floor again, yet they (the people) did vote in favor first and after realizing it was a major error they committed cuz she did not tell the pros and cons of it, they want to correct it and she is blocking the power of the people to do that, the people themselves.  Now the question: does she understand the English language?  If not, does she have hearing problems?  …and/or vision problems?  Did she see the millions of people protesting, revolting (with discipline) on the streets?

...the first referendum had been done totally flowed with errors: no one knew what Brexit was all about, the pros and cons in it; the people of UK just voted judging with their own invented idea without any explanation from either parliament or the gov of how the people would benefit.  The gov never explained (openly)to the four kingdoms of UK neither to the EU council its reason.  The gov never gave any clue of it.  The UK news and the international news could not follow any discussion on any details or info of the Brexit.  The people of UK are now revolting after they knew the consequence of Brexit at its final hours.  The gov is denying the right of the people to choose a second opinion with a second vote on Brexit the future of their lives, the whole of UK.  Now that they know the consequences of Brexit.  The Prime Minister has other ideas on how to use Brexit that are top secret and might even be against the interest of all the rest of the European continent.  ...and hundreds of questions that needs to be clear asked in a referendum, a second and correct elaborated one.  ...the gov of Theresa May is ill configurating the future of the people of UK.  ...she must, shall and have to be removed from power and sent home.  Let someone else guide the future of this great historical nation toward clear not congested destiny in order to preserve its existence and not dark interest of a gov that is acting as if it were a crown, reason why the people and the actual honest King and Queen decided to integrate a civilian non-monarchy gov to protect the UK.

…did not know the British had the same emotions as the Spanish people from Spain: in Spain, if you go and on the country side and pass by a poor dwelling, you would notice that even though that poor house has a door, its entrance door, with the family emblem engraved in it, the door is made of precious wood yet the people inside the house are very poor peasants.  They honor their past representing it with a traditional emblem carry via all their descendants.  Many of them are princes, prince, lords, condes, dukes, marquess earl, viscount or baron and many others.  These titles are historical hereditary titles that actually by itself is valueless economically but caries honor, history and is a form of identification for the rest of the family.
Yet it is valueless, if the hereditary of that title gets a University diploma or turns rich, that is a key that open the doors in the world of politics, business and in any social group in Spain and England.
Now, read the above, it is very comprehensive that many in the UK parliament, the Britons, ignore the consequences that Brexit will cause to the Nation State of UK but, instead enjoy imposing that hereditary “titles” mentioned above.  People with their mind in the past under the spell of that honor that existed then, and their body in the present of which that title is worthless unless they have large quantity of money.  It happens that whether the title inheritance “owner” has money or not, they the have and have not can get together in special parties, could be talked in the news, and are admired by the rest of the society aside of been easier to escalate in the social group of the UK …and make them feel important.
As seen above this is why in the hierarchy of the class in power and the have’s (enough money), they don’t care that the rest of the population suffer, get economically incompetent to compete in a rich economy because “honor” is much better, much important than having a good decent living: been proud (psychologically) yet they have achieve not anything in the economical enrichment of their peer group.
Britons are so pride of that today’s worthless inherited title that this happened once centuries ago: two noble man were moving in opposite direction on a narrow road; as already know, the transportation on that time was a beautiful carriage pull by horses (could be one, two or more horses).  As they moved along the road, they met some place along the way …none of them wanted to yield the right of way to the other.  They were noble people rich as well and in power in the crown.
What they did was left the carriage on the road not to give the right of way to the other expecting the other one move to the side first.  The carriages stayed blocking each other for 10 years!  None of them truckled by moving around off the road and pass onto the other side do to honor.

They, the UK, would have plenty of time to ask its Parliament to consider a soft Brexit or no Brexit at all.
2.  Would have time to organize and prepare its population of the pro and cons of a Brexit.
3. Would give time to its people to discuss amongst them that of the Brexit.
4. If its Parliament lead to a soft Brexit, would have time to elaborate the first internal laws of how to do that in the first months.  Timed to (1) one- or (2) two-months period.
5. If its Parliament leads to a “no Brexit”, would have time to explain to its people why the gov decided so …immediately start the referendum within the (2) two years given but before the end of its 3 months, whichever date they agree for the people to issue its second wish either to override the first or change it or leave it.
6. if its Parliament leads to a second referendum, would have plenty of time to organize, instruct from the gov official directive, how, when and why the purpose of the second referendum is needed: “now that the UK people are better informed to make a choice, the people would decide after experiencing the situation of leaving or not leaving, to better decide that of the Brexit.
…if so, then the Parliament of the Lords and the parliament of the Commons and the government, presided by the Prime Minister, each one of them would elaborate the questioning to be presented to the people to make a choice.
All of the above will give to its citizens time to acclimate, understand and discuss amongst its Kingdoms (the people themselves) the pre-fabricated questions published in all their newspapers, will give time for broadcasters, this is, the news to discuss amongst the people that pro and cons of the Brexit, so that when time to make a choice comes, voters know what will be the election made of, cuz politicians would have a prescription written for the voters on the decision made to be tabulated, analyzed and clearly formulate the final choosing in yes or no and how of the Brexit.

Important, there must be a majority always of 51% or over 51% and/or re-start a third referendum again until reaching a majority of 51 or more, not under 51%.  This is a second opinion to reaffirm or denies the first.
Politicians would have plenty of time to start, if needed, long before the time concession given by the EU to the UK.
Would have plenty of space to elaborate the first laws on Health, Pensions, and legal residency of non-UK people that must be elaborated immediately.
Two years and extra of 3 months would be good enough even though UK could abandon the European Union immediately if the House of Lords decides as well as the House of Commons decide too, after the second referendum of course.  If no decision is taken, then the Prime Minister would have the upper hand before the last three months start in order not to get a penalty by the EU.  So, two years and 3 months is sufficient enough even the Brexit could be activated within 30, 40, or 60 days not waiting for that long time.

…if the people decide to stay, no more discussions, so be it!
Words like a free nation, sovereignty, independence, and the likes, should not be included in the referendum, that is a matter of discussions by the people themselves.  Question should be simple and clear after the gov decide how it is going to deal with the situation of Brexit in respect to the European Union by giving to them a clear exposition of why UK needs the most time or the whatever time politicians ask to solve the situation.
This second referendum is the solution to Brexit and the above or something like should be done; that in accordance with the spirit of the UK, would suffice the European Union to go ahead: 2 years with a penalty if reach the 3 extra months.

...now, if a social group ruled by Democracy just uses one of the below natural axons to rule, that social group is an aberrated Government (Characterized by defects, abnormality, or deviation from the usual, typical, or expected course).
Democracy uses them all.  Just to mention a few: Investing in business, by a collective or by just one individual creating the business they or he/she feels is better based on their (s) own judgement without the intervention of the government.  Capitalism is the money to be used by the investors, their own cash or any money acquired by legal means.  Communism, it is paying taxes by obligation like it or not unless exempted.  Socialism, it is the redistribution of the taxes collected into the population: Social Security, Welfare, unemployment, schooling or teaching, and the likes.  Tribunals or Courts, this is, observing that the laws are respected and followed; those that don't are subjected to imprisoning (dictatorship).
...on the above, I postulated that Democracy is composed by:
1. Free Enterprise.
2. Capitalism.
3. Communism.
4. Socialism.
5. Dictatorship.
Now this Ms. Alexandria-Ocasio-Cortez: while our Indians used Socialism and Communism, they had also dictatorship: sacrificing anyone who violated their state of existence by killing them or ostracism.  That as of now does not exists in Democracy.  Indians had too: Free Enterprise though on their time, the one all humans have did not existed.  What Indian did not have was Capitalism, yet they had "honor" preserved as the highest values on that time.  Now humans have "contracts' deals' and agreements", our signatures are used as a seal of "honor", Natives used their "words" as a seal of honor.
Advocating just one of the Axon of Democracy to govern a nation, is an ABERRATION which cannot fulfill the needs of a social group: Venezuela as of now; Cuba as of now; North Korea as of now and even China!
Hope you, distinguished person, as you are in government making rules, supporting others rules, correcting others rules and opposing others rules see the above as just one advice that Democracy is a natural law that existed since man existed using intelligence and to apply part of that natural rule is going against the natural right and existence of humans and could be a way of enrichment of one individual, family or group within a society: Vladimir Putin and the God-King (President of North Korea) and so many deviated leaders from the right of the existence of others in a Democracy.

P.S.: what is bad, very, very bad is "Extreme Capitalism", not Capitalism per se.  And yet there are times when Extreme Capitalism is accepted, when?  When the Extremist is not enslaving its works, paying a dutiful price on the labor made by workers and respecting up to the letter the established laws and even giving not a treatment to workers as the law recommend but much better above the law.  Just an example: the law could say the minimum salary shall be 15 dollars per hour but the company that belongs to the Extreme Capitalist pays 18 per hour yet others pay only 15 per hour.
It happens many times that competition forces the employer to pay a very high salary ...for example: a doctor, an engineer, a pilot, or a boxer.  It would be an insult if the Extreme Capitalist offers a payment to them of 15 dollars per hour.  See the difference: competition is the clue.
