…okay Mr. President Putin, let’s do this: US will not arm Ukrainians but, will help them economically for them to undergo their own development to enrich their country by improving their cities, roads, industries, schools, hospitals and Russia as well as US would make deals on business over there; this is, buy from them what we could, invest in business in that land as both, do not either give them arms to fight Russia and any other state but: Russia would and will withdraw is hundreds of military force built and ready to march invading Ukraine to which, then and before that happens, US would help them to protect against an invasion.  At the same time, if Russia withdraw its forces ready to invade, US will remove most of the economic blockades that is affecting Russian’s advance in its progress to have a strong country and still would help, US, and Russia, to develop in some form of technology for the country to advance having a strong social economy.

Russians would travel freely to US and Europe as well Europe and US would travel freely to Russia as any of the three would feel free to invest in any region involved.  Tourism should be improved amongst all.  Businesses should be improved too, and double citizenship could be implemented as needed by European nations, Russia, and USA.

Russia as well as US with continental Europe would sign a treaty of no aggression from any one toward any other in that treaty.  15 yrs after, if there is total peace, all military units from both sides, would be set back into its bases and disarm any readiness of attack anyone in the treaty, this is, NATO forces would return to its native countries and would exist only to be reinstated if one or any nation start arming against any other nation in the treaty as well as Russia would hold its right to reinstate its forces to protect its national perimeter but not with the intension of invasion but self-protection.

...be it known that US has the potential of fighting long wars that would, if done against Russia, destabilize Russia economy even further and still could create a nuclear war with no winners: none but self-destruction that is not a good strategy.  Russia is a beautiful strong nation, why should we destroy one to the other?

Our economy should be reintegrated to work in favour ("favor of our" treaty, economy, and social development).

…as you would notice, Mr. President Putin, Europe, and USA, would respect your sovereignty by not making war to your country as well Russia would not have needs to make Ukraine be neither a state of Russia nor an orbit to Russia.  They would command their own destiny, make businesses with whoever they feel would give them the best of any other country.  All of Europe, Russia, and countries around Russia, would feel to do whatever they feel is correct for their destiny without been obligated to follow and obey or feared been invaded.
