Creation of a
civilian/military protection-association on the economic zone of the American
Continent
...how to protect Latin
Americas economic sea zone: all Latin States must discuss this situation
amongst them in the Organization of American States. USA has to be invited as an observant with
the right to give its opinion on the matter, then after, USA and Latin America
should create a "LatinAmerican Union to discuss the way and economic
investment of creating a civilian authority link to all and any military force
of LatinAmerica Marines and Navy forces to ask for assistance if and when that
LatinAmerica civilian group ask for help to enforce any and all the economic
200 miles zone around the American Continent. If something like that is not
created, China, would use any Latinamerica and USA economic zone to make their
own fishing in violation of the "rules on the economic zone of the
American Continent by first starting around any Latin economic sea zone. Latinamerica and the USA should not leave
this problem to be manage by their own militaries, civilians must get
organized, take over the care of their marine zones and ask for help to their
militaries when needed and as needed to avoid those militaries to stretch their
forces beyond theirs 12 miles territorial sea/land.
…each and every nation on
the American Continent shall apport a specific amount of money to pay for the
purchase of special high sea boats and its equipment to work as said above,
including payment to its tripulation (people, mostly civilians, in charge of giving
care of an embarkation and its surroundings) working on that observation/protection
of portion of seas or mares of those countries of the Continental Americas.
If something like the
above is not created, China’s fishermen would harvest almost all the fishes
living and entering the 200 miles economic zones of the Continental Americas
and their militaries would be exposed to a direct confrontation with those
people, mostly, poor people sent by the communist Gov of China to harvest sea
and mares fishes no matter their size and or age of maturity. China is going through
a food crisis and is getting each and every day less food to support the nourishment
of their militaries and many civilians in their government.
Harvesting any kind of
fishes is part of the solution no matter what.
Aside that, it gives them (China militaries) the opportunity to hide in
them, spies’ ships doing sea harvesting with sophisticated miniature devices to
know the movement of ships, be them sea or air, near any nation on the
Continental America. It is a national-Continental
Security.
