The equipment to use for that would fill such a large space that would be, more than less than 10 or 20 city blocks of those of a big city. work with the Uranium of that thing. The encasement, I think, is not made of paper, so the building of the encasement needs a large section and machinery to design and built that. And the security needed to do that would have to be extraordinary well directed, that few people would not be enough. Oh! Forgot: secret agents that are all around the nation, should be on vacation or sleeping during the time of building up that nuclear bomb or be idiots on their jobs. Something else, and that's it: it is not possible to build a nuclear bomb and not be noticed immediately by any authority even from its beginning, which would never

One of the “reason?” the Briton’s PM does not want is to participate in the European Union elections cuz it would be embarrassing for a country that is trying to move away from a federation of states (a union of states) and at the same time participate in that union of states in their internal voting’s; remember: after the Britons elected to leave the union, PM wants to fulfill Britons decision under the pretext that that is the Britons wish and that they, the Britons, are a Democracy.  That is understood but, there is a but worth to mention here: has not the Nation State of Britons ask via demonstration of millions of people petition to their government that now, after seen the consequences of leaving the European Union decided not to leave?  Is the Government of the Britons listening to that?  Why then now the British government does not listen?  Is that huge civil march (of millions of people) the partial voice of the Britons?  And now, why not confirm in reality what the Nation State of the Britons want via a second referendum?  So, the first referendum is the VOICE OF THE PEOPLE and the huge march is not the voice of the PEOPLE?
So, in the European Union voting, all what the Britons have to do is casting its vote as "Abstain" to all votes.  Just that.

What happens here is a real politician manipulation of Democracy cuz in the past referendum they got what a party wants yet its people were well divided cuz a great large part of its people felt they were going to be the losers …but many of the majority voters, later found that they were wrong after emitting its vote to leave the European Union.  They turned into not leaving the European Union.  Where is Democracy here on the part of the PM government of Theresa May and her party?  What is here is a system of manipulating Democracy, and that is the sword of double edges cutting back Democracy itself when it is taken in its backward swing after moving forward to cut and correct needed things cuz Democracy is that sword itself, authorities, the one that hold the sword, use it against its own people just to favor few of the politicians in power, just happened in Venezuela, a nation that elected, via its inhalable freedom to vote, the wrong person to be its governor, he, the elected one, manipulated Democracy and stayed in power, and he, before dying, elected somebody else to lead “his government”, it was Hugo Chavez who put in “his government” someone the people of Venezuela called him: El Pajarito.  All that done without any election decided by its congress until the time of next elections comes instead of calling, immediately into an election again done in according to the Venezuelan Magna Carta cuz that Magna Carta is its own double edge sword; that is what Theresa May is doing: NOT AT BEEN A DEMOCRATIC HUMAN, BUT AT MANIPULATIONG Democracy using that sword.  Think the above is very, truly clear, it indicates that PM Theresa May is not using Democracy as is, but at her will.  The European Union, Democratically gave her the time, and she just started in continuing her manipulation of the sword on her party benefit, instead of listening to the people of UK and compromising in order to get UK out of the mess she herself putted in, she herself manipulated after the results came favoring her parties politicians with the now so-call Brexit.

After observing all of my life Latin America slow changing of political state from first: Colonialism to semi-democracies into Communism or Socialist states (a handful of them), and then into solid Democracies y noticed where the problem is, this is this: industrialisation had left small economic Nation States alone on which Nation States had been used as plantations, of which territories are use as cows to milk at the will of the powerful; but hangry people, left alone, had no choice to immigrate to other parts of the world, mostly the "countries, 'los paises" as they are call USA (federated states, 50 of them) on which paises Latinos or Hispanic countries had no choice in order not to live in miseries, many of their country folks are forced to emigrate abroad; once abroad their women are turned into hookers of whore, converted into prostitution by highly immoral pimps that make advertising in those countries of origin of those women. The result: USA get decent cheap labor to work in their industrialized big economy, Europe too and in respect to Europe: the Europeans get many beautiful women to sexually enjoy and treating them as "slaves-like" humans. Solution One:

Noticed that one big problem with Brexit is food, so, after thinking and thinking for hours found the correct on, and to comprehended will be told as a story that include the solution:

England had a special device that in USA is called EZ pass use to cross bridges and tolls and pay for the use of them.  With the EZ pass, a car could pass through, the both installed on those places make an automatic withdrawal out of that EZ pass.  England used the same system and however had that could pass straight into territories of England, no stopping, for nothing.  The England-European EZ pass could read everything in the transporting truck because the company using that EZ pass first declare whatsoever was loaded inside that truck via an encrypted program loaded in the customs department of England; the owner even paid (if wanted) the taxes to England and England knew before hand what was there so, it could, the truck, use the business tolls located at the entrance of that country which automatic lifted that long wooden arm blocking vehicles to go throw if they were blocking the entrance and showing a green light.  Those arms were always up, exceedingly rare when it was down blocking unless that custom put it down on purpose for whatever need they had.

…others with no EZ pass had to make a long line and wait until customs comes to see all their paper work (of the trucks entering) to give the right of way: go!

The business mentioned above had in all their trucks that EZ pass just to be used when delivering into the lands of the Britons.  They, their secretary, via the company computer, reported whatever, paid whatever.  Everything meticulously done, had plenty of time to do so while the truck was on its route to England from Germany or from France long before reaching that nation.  They knew that it might be search by customs in England, but that could be a matter related to the Department of Home Security of England, and possible of the European Union not related to customs.  Could happen, any territory could do that when suspected of a terrorist attack, trafficking with illegal drugs or contraband.  And that’s okay.  Situation of one in one million.  Even a patrol police do that when their commander order them to do so on suspicious transportation within a territory.  And that’s internal work of their secret agents.

…if the truck could not reach its destination, after the reported time when the truck was suppose to be passing through that toll of customs, custom itself sends a warning to the location that did all the paper work so they, the dispatcher make a warning to local police and indicated to them the exact position of their truck or trucks after been unable to get in contact with the driver of that truck.  Safety first.

This story is just to show to the Britons how to solve the problem of bottle neck when merchandises are entering their frontiers as coming from the European Union or vice-versa to the European Union, everything the same but vice versa.   Navigation with GPS is free to use by anyone using those EZ pass.  Cost included cuz they pay taxes for those merchandises imported or exported.
