Elon Sends POLICE after Workers... then it BACKFIRES!

...okay, agree, it is illegal. Now what? If I cut on red lights, first, second, and third times and continue doing that, is it illegal? If so, why am I not arrested? This mean that if someone appointed by the president to cut on law mandates, that person cannot be arrested. If the top commander of USA gives the order to nuke any of the cities of USA, is that a legal order to follow? ...and somebody nuke it, that person cannot be arrested if the authorities can do that? Permit me to go further with an example whether I am right or wrong: "if the king of a country order to kill one of the princes of that country, lets compare here, it is Prince Diana, that king cannot be removed from his command and sent to justice? So, the same goes for the USA if its chief commander sent someone, he gives the assignment to hack any department of the fed, that person stayed immune? Or better said: Mr. X person takes any fed department told do; whatever you could to reduce the spending in that department. Let's assume the person goes to a chosen fed department and fire the boss of that department (by hacking, physically) the authorization of controlling of its computers and deleting the boss of that department, changing its codes so no one can activate the mainframe of that computer and deleting 1/3 of its working force so. that cannot have access to those computers and cannot get paid for a month's salary, ever. Is that not a violation of the law? What is congress waiting for?
