...the problem of illegitimate voting is like telling a mother that just gave birth to a child (the vote) just a second after, by an onlooking nurse, telling her husband: the newborn was not born from his wife. How do you think that mother is going to feel on that said by the "onlooking nurse". Will the father feel happy to raise that child? Will that woman feel secure and happy with that husband of her if he questions her from time to time, for the rest of their life, as years pass on if that child is hers and his?
