And that is correct but, it happens that US "violated?" that UN law of the seas?
Correct they are not, yet they are and only them have the right on exploiting whatever is 200 miles from their shores.
...but, and it is a but worth to mention here: was USA fishing within that zone?
No, USA was not fishing within that zone.
Was USA exploiting some mines on the bottom of the 200 miles that rightfully belongs to India?
No, USA was not exploiting whatever mines could be there.
...then, if so, what on Earth were American war navy doing there?
USA American navy were patrolling the Seas that belongs to India's 200 miles to be commercially used at their will, USA, again, were patrolling, not fishing whatever exists over their seas. USA were exercising its right of freedom of navigation on any seas of this Plannet; USA, and again permit me to mention, were patrolling, not fishing. The convention that around 160 nations signed, and US did not sign cuz certain closure were not clear and the UNITED NATIONS of this Plannet did not correct, US did not violate any agreement of the seas amongst nations. Well, I think if am not wrong, that all those nations decreed, via UN, that they have the simple and legal right to exploit whatever resources exist in/on these shores up to 200 miles of seas. It does not say, if wrong am not, that any other country cannot travel, patrol on whatever those seas could be within 200 miles, it is clear, they, any other land nation'seas, shall not exploited but themselves ...those 200 miles of any nation.
US did not sign any treaty, then it does not mean that whichever land nation did not sign, it cannot travel those seas? As far as am concerned, no, it does not refer to that.
...conclusion, USA is exerting its alienated rights that US can travel at will any 200 miles of X land state'sea. For instance, if not wrong am I: Russia placed a warship, a special spy ship, 20 miles away from mainland of USA, directly in front of an American fortress based on American land. News broadcasters noticed that, talked about that. What US did? Nothing, nada. Cuz that spy ship was not violating USA' seas coast and shores, they were not within the 12 miles that are integrity of USA territory. Yet US kept its eyes (both eyes) full open, monitoring their acts; no protest at all, nothing, nada.
...to anyone that feels US violated India's sovereignty, after twelve miles off the cost, there is no sovereign rights but agreement of sea exploitation which US did not violate.

Please, am still alive and swimming like a fish on the seas ...by the way, I got one vaccine of two got to get. No symptom of "nothing, nada" cuz I took at first a tea made of "Theraflu", just hot water + that powder, took it, no pain, or any discomfort, cuz that known virus is just a flu that carries a deadly virus ...and the tea I took is to avoid all the symptoms a flu causes and any vaccine against any flu, causes the same symptoms whether the person has the flu or just the vaccine.
Take whatever is good for a cold or flu, hours before getting the anti-corona virus 19 vaccine ...and avoid the symptoms of a common cold caused by any vaccine of the kind used now.
