From the Desk of E. R. Violations of the Constitution of USA.

From the Desk of E. R. Violations of the Constitution of USA. …in the Constitution of the United states of America, it tells as clear as water that the term of governance of a President of US is no more than 4 years. That means, as already known, that when a President reaches that end, he/she shall abandon the Palace used to govern… can’t stay in it not one minute, not one second …pay attention. …and even a President could be arrested and removed from the White House peacefully or by force and it could be order by the incoming elected President or by any court of USA if not the Supreme Court. …other articles that had been violated in the Constitution of the United States of America are: Article V, at which too many people had been killed by members designed for the preservation of the law and order. These people had been killed without been presented to a grand jury nor indicted or while many happenings happened not been in time of war, they had been deprived of their life, liberty or property without due process of the law …and that is a direct violation of the USA Constitution too. …law and order designed authorities had not put accused people into public trial, by and impartial jury of the State and district wherein a “crime had been committed” nor the person had been confronted to any witnesses against him or had any assistance of counsel for his defense but, the “criminal” had been killed right on the spot by the assigned authority designed to take him/her to a court of law and the arrested person had been impede of movement as to put in danger the life of the arresting assigned authorities. …no one in public office who had engage in given aid of comfort to national of other countries or of USA territories “shall become a Senator or Representative in Congress” or be presented as an “elector for the Presidency and Vice Presidency” of the same nation he/she is going to serve “but Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.” “SECTION 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude. SECTION 2. The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.” …and no President shall even try to do the opposite, if so, it shall be punished by the highest court of USA including by Congress itself if the highest court of USA takes no action …as said here, it should be amended to the constitution of US. …also, the Constitution of USA had been violated here and it shall not repeat again: ARTICLE XVI. The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration, not by the President of USA. It shall be made clear to any President or elected President of USA and therefore, a President or elected President has to be briefed on understanding the Constitution of US the same as it had been done, actually, with member of Congress to let them know that no one is above the Constitution of this nation while been a citizen of this nation or just living on this “land of the free”. Cuz too many violations to the Constitution of US had been committed, anyone exerting a public office by election, shall take a brief course on the spirit of the Constitution in order to avoid further violation to it and decrease or smooth unnecessary demands as is happening in courts now, which demands carries no bases unless they have bases to create such a demand. It should be good for future politicians that affronting situations as explained above, it run close to a Coup intended to be made to the Constitution and Democracy that rule this nation. Cuz of that, part of the Constitution is explained here and with the interest that the criminal conduct of some individual hired to enforce the law, for those individuals, they should suffer the consequences of the law itself even it be a President or just a simple inhabitant of USA. ARTICLE II. SECTION 1. 1The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows. 2 Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector. 3The Electors shall meet in their respective States, and vote by Ballot for two Persons, of whom one at least shall not be an Inhabitant of the same State with themselves. And they shall make a List of all the Persons voted for, and of the Number of Votes for each; which List they shall sign and certify and transmit sealed to the Seat of the Government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate. The President of the Senate shall, in the Presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the Certificates, and the Votes shall then be counted. The Person having the greatest Number of Votes shall be the President, if such Number be a Majority of the whole Number of Electors appointed; and if there be more than one who have such Majority, and have an equal Number of Votes, then the House of Representatives shall CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES 7 8This clause has been superseded by amendment XII. 9This clause has been affected by amendment XXV. immediately chuse by Ballot one of them for President; and if no Person have a Majority, then from the five highest on the List the said House shall in like Manner chuse the President. But in chusing the President, the Votes shall be taken by States, the Representation from each State having one Vote; A quorum for this Purpose shall consist of a Member or Members from two thirds of the States, and a Majority of all the States shall be necessary to a Choice. In every Case, after the Choice of the President, the Person having the greatest Number of Votes of the Electors shall be the Vice President. But if there should remain two or more who have equal Votes, the Senate shall chuse from them by Ballot the Vice President.8 SECTION 2. 1The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment. SECTION 4. The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. ARTICLE V. The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which with HEARING… in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate. ...
