Route of illegal emigrants from Latin America
This is a research paper ...and needs editing. There are many legal errors in it. And after a committee study and analyzed how this is going to be done as to create a law to be established and executed.
Consider this as work to be modified after American diplomacy with those countries involved.
Observational note: this document has been written by now, it is saved here as it is written and will go through a lot of changes as findings are found and corrections are made. This document will suffer adjustment to realities and would be subjected as they are found. It includes facts of opinions as well as important information of the problem that is affecting the USA with the chaotic situation of immigration.
Route of
illegal emigrants from Latin America and what should be done to stop it.

to travel illegally to the North of America, for them, to specific politicians traveling to USA under any type of visa shall be

History.
The
United States of the North of America is a benevolent country. It had helped many
people around the from other nations that had come here asking for protection.
Indeed, the origin of this nation arise from them, they were mostly Europeans
who left their native countries for the same reason that occurs to poor
citizens of Latin America and cuz the practice of dictatorship practiced in
many locations of Europe, which only the elite of those governments were free,
and had an iron hand to govern, mostly kings and their courts including the
Catholic church.
In Latin
America, they are their governments and the exploitation of its citizens
including the abundance of the production of harmful illegal drugs, made in,
mostly, the Latin American jungle. Also, the way the access to their governments
politicians has. Be it known that illiteracy runs very high on the countries
that integrate the Latinos government and others. Also, it is of interest to
know that tech is mostly created abroad and imported. Infrastructure is highly abandoned
in the interior of their country but well and many times, beautiful developed in
their major cities. Politicians, many of whom have some form of education,
graduated from universities, in some way of the other, do not forecast the
future of their nations but the personal interests of enriching themselves,
their families and friends …campesinos are abandoned to the destiny of nature,
to their own efforts of succeeding in this modern era and no technology are
given to them or invested for them to exploit their lands and make their family
successful in business, but the creation of drugs by the very few, and the rest
of poor citizens been exploited by the rest, been the poor people the majority
but naïve educated, low in understanding the complexity of this modern era,
Century 21st.
USA is
the only hope peasants have where there is hope.

Solutions:
Solutions number one: Publish the names of any person involved in organized "human trafficking illegal immigrants' to USA and issue a law forgiving any of them to travel to USA.
Immediate arrest of any one above mentioned if found in USA territory and accuse them of "human trafficking of immigrants".
Suspend international help of any gov involved and that do not enforce, work to hold/stop "human trafficking of immigrants".
Create a law that permits undocumented immigrants to stay in USA for four years so they could find work.
Help those above to acquire "food stamp" while they work, and if their earning is below certain amount of money the same as residents.
Provide them with limited medical assistance such as dentist, medical visits, immunizations, as well as immigration assistance and other things like that.
immigration tax:
Tax them with an immigration due (while they are employed) in order to cover the cost of the gov and or states for the expenses incurred while they were assisted by the time they entered to USA and the time they stay here ...a small percentage same as done with the federal tax and city tax, but smaller than state and fed tax (paying the expenses incurred).
...after the end of the four years granted, getting an extension for two more years if no petty violation to the laws had been committed of the felony type.
The above are just suggestions for the fed to try to solve this chaotic situation of immigration to USA.

Cuz in USA, under this freedom of speech and under the
Democracy that contains USA Constitution, the position of forcing, the people
of US, to our Honorable Justice Clarence Thomas to resign, I do not agree with
it.
Why?
It has been written so many times that people that commit a
crime or a felony or violate any written laws, a second chance has to be given
to them. Our Honorable Justice Clarence Thomas is a "people too",
this, means that cuz to everyone in this land of US, a second chance must be
given, provided or issue to them. It is understood that the people do not agree
at 100% with that, that percentage varies in a more of a plus or minus. Permit
me to tell you that the United States of America even though is a very advanced
territory in every environment within it and around it, is one Democratic
country that has the most severe law to its own people, and history is carry
down from top to bottom, even punishing themselves. Do know that in some
European countries does exist a second chance and those that received that
second chance are turned to be a better citizen than those that never had
committed an act of offense to the law of its people. Why? Because most of the
crimes or offenses, based on my observations by dealing with all type of people
(I've been lucky to had that experience on the reason of been "observant
and analytic to other people acts, and been talking even with communist, crazy,
brute and intellectual of people during my whole life since I was nine or
twelve years old and reading books from a to z (bibles, philosophical ideas,
propagandas, communist as well as socialist theorist, talking with religious
people and even with whores, drug addicts including very aggressive people (in
some way dangerous to do that and been inexperience in those field) and asking
them "why?" I learned through their words, things not written in
books.
A second chance shall be given even to people that commits
violent crimes if they are found not to be mentally ill, but of a healthy mind,
and we notice they need the application of the word, mercy. Imagine a judge or
a policeperson or someone that committed a violent crime for the first time in
their lives, asking for mercy on them, repented, with or without a lawyer
representing them. US is too expedited in handling down harsh sentences to
anybody of our society, some exceptions: extraordinarily rich people. That is
why death sentences is full practiced in USA but Latin America, the non-English
speaking of America.

number, therefore it is infinite. But space, cuz it is the same as time, is

is infinite. It is when before and now are the same if separated by spacetime.

This is the case when past, present and future seems to exist at the same
spacetime. It is noticeable when spacetime extend moving from infinite to
finite. This is why nothing had ever existed which I call it with the Latin
word of "nada." That is why the time of movement cannot be seen in an
electron microscope but as nada. An electron moves at the speed of light around its
nucleus, the nuclear center of an atom. Notice here how philosophy and physics
can be understood both from within as such, and cannot be explained better in
any other way, but as spacetime.
