Simple Put:

Putin.

Inside the mind of a second world criminal (after the German's Hitler who killed over 40 million earth inhabitants).

This man wishes to do greater harm with the belief that his country needs a historical hero, so he thinks to be the selected one -by himself-, Russia had never had a national hero but dictators, kings, historical criminals -Lenin and others-

In this guy mentality, is the idea that Russia is the superior land of the world and it, Russia, has the right to control directly or indirectly this planet (call by me: Plannet Earth).

Medical doctors: Psychologists, Sociologists, even Historians, never had evaluated his perception (Putin's) and concept of the world, so I do it here: he is a psychopath as known the same as many earth dictators of the past, present and would be psychopath of the future. Plannet Earth is at the verge of a nuclear war: self-destruction. By coincident, the Christian bible predict this one.

The problem:

Yet Putin is not the one who wants to intend that, there are other psychopaths around the world with the same intention and other world leaders do not sense it is going to happen. To be a country savor, leaders of the world should not kill million and millions of other earth humans.

It seems President Vladimir Putin is waking up.

…for the first time, he understands that NATO has nuclear bombs too.
