is use just for tech in war forgetting Russians needs better transportation
(roads), school, hospitals, bridges, and extended fields in agriculture.
Russians are not criminals, but good-hearted humans now used by an autocratic
dictator acting as if he is Julio Caesar. The reason that NATO exists had been
cuz the Communist and Social Philosophy of the past and the type of autocratic
gov and dictatorship in existence in Eastern Europe. Europe as a whole had been
given many historical massacres, a steady state of terror cuz of that err
Philosophical theory. Now Ukrainians had been subject to suffer this mind
